Summoning with rays of light, one should infuse the samaya-sattva. Having consecrated with water from the vase and offered correctly, one should recite "Om Ah Vajra Dha Ja Pati Ja Yottari Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་དྷཱ་ཛ་བ་ཏི་ཛ་ཡོཏྟ་རི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ आः वज्र धा ज पति ज योत्तरि स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ vajra dhā ja pati ja yottari svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Vajra Dha Ja Pati Ja Yottari Svaha)" one hundred and eight times, making it especially stable. This is the complete establishment of the victory banner. Similarly, visualizing the form of the samaya-sattva born from the syllable "Pam (藏文:པཾ།,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Pam)", radiant and generating intense heat, then summoning the jnanasattva, identical to it, with the rays of light from the seed syllable in one's own heart, one should infuse the samaya-sattva. Having consecrated with water from the vase and offered correctly, one should recite "Om Ah Vajra Ketu Vajra Patake Dhi Tishtha Pam Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་ཀེ་ཏུ་བཛྲ་པ་ཏཱ་ཀེ་དྷི་ཏིཥྛ་པཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ आः वज्र केतु वज्र पताके धि तिष्ठ पम् स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ vajra ketu vajra patāke dhi tiṣṭha paṃ svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Vajra Ketu Vajra Patake Dhi Tishtha Pam Svaha)" one hundred and eight times, which is the complete establishment of the banner. Then, one should make offerings to the deities of the mandala, the lords of the place, the world protectors, the lords of the earth, those who seek opportunities, the craftsmen, the teachers, and the dharma speakers, etc., according to their respective situations, and then offer the great bali according to the previously described ritual. Wherever there are old, cracked, damaged, or collapsed stupas, statues, victory banners, etc., in villages, cities, monasteries, etc., if the deities are unable to reside there, beings in that place will suffer from loss of wealth, strife, famine, and depletion of the population, etc. Therefore, one should perform the ritual for removing the old. For this, the teacher, endowed with the yoga of the three samadhis, should make correct offerings with earth, water, flowers, incense, lamps, food, etc., and make this supplication: "Victorious One, so-and-so Vajra, King of Vidyas, I prostrate to you! For the benefit of sentient beings, and also for the sake of offering to you, protectors, we wish to perform the excellent ritual of removing the old. Please infuse the nature of wisdom nectar into this vase." Thus one should supplicate. Then, after contemplating it for a moment, looking at its seed syllable in its heart, holding a rosary in the left hand, and holding the five-colored thread and vajra tied to it in the right hand, one should recite one's own mantra one hundred and eight times, and infuse the seed syllables combined with the syllable "Hum (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)".
