The Treatise on the Glorious Liberation from Bondage. Glorious is Good Fortune. The Treatise on the Glorious Liberation from Bondage. Glorious is Good Fortune. In Sanskrit: Śrībandhabimuktaśāstra. In Tibetan: The Treatise on the Glorious Liberation from Bondage. Homage to the Bhagavan, Lord of the World. Whatever is not realized is difficult to realize, realization is at that very moment. Unbearable bondage, extremely difficult to liberate, will eventually be liberated. The path of the Buddha, complete with the perfection of self and other's benefit. Wonderful, I shall explain it for the sake of liberating beings. Like the jewels of a giant, etc. Its essence is not in another place. Why is everything self-nature self? Because it becomes bondage and liberation. Here, there is no bondage whatsoever. Whatever is bondage is liberation. It is the realm of emptiness and dependent origination. Therefore, the impoverished cannot realize it. Seized by inferior and perverse spiritual friends. Attached to merit and diligence. Those with little strength of practice and wisdom. Beings find it difficult to realize. Seek a virtuous spiritual friend who possesses realization, compassion, and skillful instructions. Offer him your life, body, possessions, etc. Serve him with immaculate reverence in every way. Until my mind becomes stable. Until then, like body and shadow. The teaching that follows it. The nectar of dependent origination and emptiness. Like drinking cool water when parched with thirst. Drink with endless joy and faith. Definite arising does not come from other perfections. Knowing that is skillful means and wisdom. It is the door to all Dharmas. The supreme path that is difficult to realize but enables realization. How is it not empty, since it is merely dependent origination? Why is it empty? Because it is like space, without obstruction. Why does it not arise dependently? Therefore, the two are not two. What is its dependent origination like? What is its emptiness? Listen, the way things appear. As clear as a rainbow. Various kinds of happiness and suffering, etc. These are not self-arising without cause. Not from other causes, not from uncertainty. Sweet, sour, and bitter are their own causes. The nature of mind arises dependently. Like clouds in the sky. Alas, in the forest of existence. The fruits of suffering ripen greatly. Branches with evil conduct. The flowers of grasping are very bright. That

From causes like greed and hatred, a tree of unreason grows, The root of clinging to self is firmly planted. Ignorance, together with habitual tendencies, warmth, and moisture, Are produced from the elements of the great earth. Like the world of objects in space, Alas! The supportless becomes a support. Dependent arising is the best of all that is stable. If, for a moment, the support is not established, How can the supported be established? If the view of no-self is not true, Where and how can the actions of greed and so on, which it produces, be determined? If it is not established, what is suffering? Who is it that speaks of experiencing it? Just as when the root of a tree is pulled out, The act of cutting is accomplished. By reversing the self-grasping that is the basis, The wise destroy existence in the same way. Like gold refined by burning, cutting, and polishing, How can the actions of "I" and "other" be a support and a place? You should examine the essence and characteristics. In that, the body, the breath, and the mind, These, such as inside, outside, and in between, At no time are a support or a place. No one can determine it. For what reason can that self appear? Because it is an object that has no object. Speak of the mind and non-mind that do not appear. The mind is the self-nature of emptiness itself. Non-mind is impermanent, the self of dependent arising. When analyzed, it is without elaboration. Because action contradicts permanence, Where and how do you show the self? In short, do not speak much here. What use is that self outside of its own three doors? What use is it here as a container? Faults, like a wound from a weapon, Are merely the self-characteristics of children, And the arguments of those with wrong views. If those who are not other are analyzed, How can anything become a self? If it is not that, where is its support and place? Whatever these are, their support and Their place, even the direction, are analyzed. By this method, the nature of self and the characteristics of self Are shown to be well-established like an illusion. Look! This method is like a water tree. Speech is like an echo in a rock, the mind is like space. If there is not even a particle of an object, How can you cling to it as a self? Outside is outside, Inside is also other. Therefore, even the middle is not those. Whatever that is, it is not white or anything else. Long and short, thick and thin, Thick and thin, and so on, You cannot determine the characteristics. If it is like a creeper on a tree, Is it based on the all-ground or habitual tendencies, And dwells invisibly? Analyze appearance and non-appearance, And that itself is mind and non-mind, As before.
