名为甘露成就之根本。 名为甘露成就之根本。 印度语：阿姆利达悉地木拉那玛（梵文天城体：अमृतसिद्धि मूल नाम，梵文罗马拟音：Amritasiddhi mūla nāma，汉语字面意思：甘露成就根本名）。藏语：名为甘露成就之根本。顶礼吉祥黑汝嘎！三眼圆满具头饰，身色红。 救度死亡怖畏瑜伽男女之，手印执持并以毗卢遮那禅定，救护者手印之足我顶礼。当说大手印。何人听闻此，诸天皆敬重。于千百万劫中，行持广大善业故，得此超越轮回海，瑜伽士达彼岸。以左脚跟压肛门，右脚稍作伸展，以手握大拇趾和踝骨，以肘按压心口，是为关闭九窍之修法。于彼三脉上，次第按压。此乃事业手印。单脚立地摄心，诸风汇聚为一，开始以风束缚。日月二者合一。如是行持则风止息。此乃誓言手印。肛门轮向上翻转，明点带声向上提，诸脉皆剧烈摇动，最胜脉向上升起。以身语意三者之结合，成就身语意。因习惯稳固，自身之火明亮。以此手印于一切时，瑜伽士必能成就。此乃结合之修法，是为根本之教诲。此乃风之修法，智者当修持此。当知手印有二，如实知晓束缚之仪轨。女阴是天女之手印，林伽是天神。从男女之结合中，于外产生子嗣。以如实之此二结合，于内秘密孕育。脉乃具形之女性，无男性则无果。大手印与大束缚，无有差别则无果。风于一轮中汇聚，如所束缚般行持。瑜伽士当解开，解开自身之风心。以结合之次第解开。

Block the anus with the heel of the left foot, stretch the right foot slightly, grasp the big toe and ankle with the hand, press the heart with the elbow, this is the practice of blocking the nine orifices. On those three channels, press in order. This is the karma mudra. With one leg, gather the mind, the winds should be gathered into one, begin to bind with the wind. The two, sun and moon, become one. If done like that, the wind will stop. This is the samaya mudra. Turn the anus wheel upwards, raise the bindu with sound upwards, all the channels shake violently, the supreme channel comes upwards. With the union of body, speech, and mind, accomplish body, speech, and mind. By becoming accustomed and stable, one's own fire is clear. With this mudra, in all ways, the yogi will surely go. This is the union practice, it is desired as the root instruction. This is the practice of wind, the wise should practice this. Know that there are two mudras, know the ritual of binding as it is. The yoni is the mudra of the goddess, the lingam is the god. From the union of male and female, externally, offspring arise. With these two unions as they are, secretly generate internally. The channel is a female with form, without a male there is no fruit. The great mudra and the great binding, without distinction there is no fruit. The wind gathers in one wheel, act as bound. The yogi should undo, undo one's own wind and mind. Undo with the order of union.

Through these, it is known as combined accomplishment. Whoever knows those three, knows the three worlds. Whoever gets used to this, will become the master of everything. Become the god of secret gods, become the master of the lords of men. Is the master of all empowerments. Everything becomes unparalleled. Therefore, is the master of all the gods, is considered the seal of Dharma. Should get used to the great mudra. Great mudra Everything arises from this. Great accomplishment arises from this. What is the great mudra? Those two are sacred, liberated from death, body and mind obtain happiness. Just by staying in the mind, one will not be born in the womb again. The first name is the letter. Combination should be told. This is combination with faith. The yogi will definitely accomplish the great mudra. The great mudra should be told. The feet and hands should be restrained, the wind should be inhaled three times, and all the channels should be pulled tight.
