The practice of outwardly approaching or venerating the ocean of victorious ones. The practice of outwardly approaching or venerating the ocean of victorious ones. In the main practice, among the outer, inner, and secret, outwardly, the ocean of victorious ones; inwardly, abiding in the body; secretly, abiding in the channels; and most secretly, that very nature abiding in the mind. The first is the three: approach, accomplishment, and activity. The most secret is abandoning the elaborations of the fruit. The method of outwardly approaching is: on a comfortable seat, in the meditative posture, taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, and then the emptiness. In the center of a thousand-petaled lotus with three openings, on a sun and moon cushion, one's own mind is HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:舍). Light radiates, purifying the obscurations of sentient beings, transforming into an ocean of victorious ones. Gathering back, collecting the blessings of the Buddhas, HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:舍) dissolves into light. Oneself as the form of Avalokiteśvara, red and clear, with one face and four arms, adorned with precious ornaments, seated in the vajra posture. The first two hands are in the prayer mudra, the lower right holds a red lotus garland at the chest, the left holds a red utpala flower. The crown of braided hair is adorned with silk, possessing the life of precious bindus. With red eyes, a smiling face, and compassion, gazing upon all sentient beings. Surrounded by a thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon. Thus, oneself as the main deity, the entire ocean of victorious ones, all mandalas are gathered together. On the lotus and moon above my crown, the root guru himself is the nature of Amitabha, seated in the vajra posture with the mudra of equipoise. When contemplating as the form of the Nirmanakaya, the Kagyu lamas and vidyadharas, naked with three eyes and bone ornaments, embracing with vajra and bell, surrounded by the form of Vajradhara. Contemplate receiving blessings and empowerment. On the sun above the Parna tree to the right, the form of Hayagriva on a seat of the four maras, red-black with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a damaru, the left a threatening mudra, resting on the hip with a bell. Adorned with tiger skin and charnel ground ornaments, with a wrathful face, three eyes, and four fangs bared. In the center of the swirling red-yellow hair, a green horse head neighs the sound of a horse. The soles of the feet are red like burning fire. All the Matrikas, Dakinis, and so forth, all the gods and demons of existence, and the Nagas are subdued. With the two feet, the right bent and the left extended, residing in the center of the fire of wisdom. Surrounded by heroes.

A sea of assemblies, eighty wisdom dakinis, etc., proclaim the sound of Haha Hum Hum Phat (ཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह ह हुं हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat), meditate on subduing existence and peace. On the left, lotus stalks intertwine, arising from the Dharma, in the center, on a lotus sun disc corpse, Secret Wisdom, body red in color, one face, four arms, three eyes red, wrathful smile, bared fangs, eyes bloodshot, hair disheveled, body covered in emptiness, right bent, left stretched, trampling a corpse seat, seated in a half lotus posture. The first of the right hands raises a curved knife, the lower one holds a sword. The first of the left hands holds a skull cup of blood, the lower one holds a khatvanga. Adorned with five dry skulls as a headdress, with a necklace of fifty wet skulls, adorned with five bone ornaments, meditate on being adorned with precious silk pendants. Residing in the center of a blazing mountain of fire, surrounded by a sea of heroes and dakinis, proclaiming the sound of A Ra Lli and Pem (ཨ་རལླི་དང་ཕེཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ रल्लि पें, Sanskrit Romanization: a ralli peṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: A Ra Lli Pem), gathering the Mamo dakinis, meditate on gathering existence and peace. Below, a raging firestorm, in the center of the arising mandala, the four classes of dakinis, heroes, and Dharma protectors, oath-bound messengers, all inner and outer protectors, transformed into the nature of the four classes of dakinis. Holding curved knives, skull cups of blood, and khatvangas, possessing dry and wet skull bone ornaments, adorned with precious ornaments and silk, proclaiming the sound of Hari Nisa (ཧ་རི་ནི་ས, Sanskrit Devanagari: हरिनिस, Sanskrit Romanization: harinisa, Literal Chinese meaning: Hari Nisa), visualize a lotus supporting the seat below. Thus, in the complete mandala, on the moon disc on the crown of the head, white Om (ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), on the lotus at the throat, red Ah (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), on the sun disc at the heart, blue Hum (ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), bless body, speech, and mind. Then, in the heart of the main deity, on the lotus sun seat, from Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) rays of light emanate, inviting wisdom and dissolving it into offerings. Invite the five families of fathers and mothers, deities, and the assembly of wrathful ones, along with the offering goddesses, offer and request empowerment. The Buddhas grant empowerment and bestow blessings, the wrathful ones dispel obstacles, the offering goddesses present offerings, and the five mothers bestow vase empowerment, purifying sins and obscurations on the crown of the head, visualize the five family lords, Amitabha, and the five families adorning the head. Thus, until the unborn is reached, clearly visualizing is the generation stage. At the time of recitation, self
