The Quintessence of the Life of Glorious Red Yamāntaka, called the Instruction. Darpaṇa Ācārya. The Quintessence of the Life of Glorious Red Yamāntaka, called the Instruction. Darpaṇa Ācārya. In Sanskrit: Śrī rakta yamāri jīvaṃ tattva upadeśa nāma. In Tibetan: The Quintessence of the Life of Glorious Red Yamāntaka, called the Instruction. Homage to Glorious Red Yamāntaka. Pure and immaculate, destroying the four māras. I prostrate to the hero Yamāntaka. From the glorious Yamāntaka Tantra, it is explained through the hidden words of the lama. This mode of the enemy of time should be understood from the perspectives of outer, inner, and other. In the southern direction, there are seven levels beneath the earth. Sixteen doorless dark spaces exist. The wheel of activity of the King of Dharma, along with a hundred million koṭis, is Yamarāja. The attainment of siddhis is perfectly complete. One face, two hands, clear like the color of the sun. Residing on a buffalo, he is its Yamāntaka, worshipped by the crowns of all beings, including the gods. Whoever is cruel and violent, falling into wrong views, is Yamarāja. In order to lead them to the teachings with compassion, the one who subdues them is Yamāntaka. Kāliya, that is, Ālima. The right and left are Yamarāja. Kundarmā is in the central place. Whoever is non-dual is Yamāntaka. On the two paths of the sun and moon, whoever travels is Yamarāja. Moreover, whoever dwells in the center, that wisdom is Yamāntaka. The central vital channel of the oppressed heart, is the very nature of affliction. The root of existence is said to be Yamarāja. For the yogi, that very nature, transforms into true wisdom, that is its Yamāntaka. What is grasped, 'ya', is the conceptualization of grasping. In the conceptualizations of grasping and being grasped, the root of saṃsāra is Yamarāja. 'A' is unborn. 'Ri' is compassion. Emptiness and compassion are of one taste. Non-abiding nirvāṇa is Yamāntaka. Whatever is the impurity of body, speech, and mind, is Yamarāja. The wisdom of body, speech, and mind, transformed into an entity, is Yamāntaka. In short, the collection of conceptualizations of existence, whatever it is, is Yamarāja Yamāntaka. The completely pure wisdom body, the all-knowing one, is said to be Yamāntaka. In the navel, heart, throat, and crown, the dwelling place of the four māras is Yamarāja. The four terminators
