With the light of secret mantra, separate life, consciousness, and flesh and blood, and contemplate that only the skeleton remains. For expulsion and suppression, etc., do it in this way. For attraction and empowerment, etc., contemplate yourself as a red color. For pacification, contemplate white. For all actions, also use the deity's method, that is, the Vajrabhairava method. Then, also explain the essence of inner practice. Among them, the lower part of the body should be viewed as the nature of Amoghasiddhi. Above it, the triangular place should be viewed as the nature of Amitabha. Above it, the view should be the nature of Akshobhya. Above it, the chest should be viewed as the nature of Ratnasambhava. The space between the eyebrows should be viewed as the nature of Vairochana. Above it, there are thirty-two lotus petals. Above it is the moon mandala. Above it, contemplate that nectar is constantly dripping from the inverted immortality. The navel wheel has sixty-four lotus petals. In its center is the sun mandala. In its center, the original letter should be viewed, and the fire of wisdom is always burning upwards. Above it, in the heart, there are eight lotus petals. In its center is the sun mandala, and in the center of the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the center filled with nine seeds, there is the moon mandala. In its center is Manjushri Vajra, which is completely transformed by the letter Mum (藏文:མུཾ,梵文天城体:मुं,梵文罗马拟音:muṃ,汉语字面意思:穆), and contemplate it as the nature of the wisdom of all Tathagatas. Above it, in the throat, there are sixteen lotus petals. In its center is the sun mandala. Above it is an eight-petaled red lotus. In its center is the red letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). On its petals are the seed syllables of the eight goddesses, such as Rupa Vajra. Contemplate it as the nature of enjoying the perfect wisdom enjoyment of all Tathagatas. When meditating on Vajrabhairava in this way, contemplate Akshobhya on the crown of the head. In the heart, always contemplate the wisdom hero and the Vajra of body, speech, and mind. It will become the desired accomplishment. Even for a moment, it is diverse.

Without generating such a mind, there is no better method than this in this world or another. Therefore, for the sake of accomplishment and subjugation, meditate on this for six months. Completely abandon all thoughts and contemplate for half a month. By this merit, may all be seen, and may I also overcome all harm, and from the great turbulent waves of disease, disaster, death, and old age, may I ferry across the ocean of beings. The practice of glorious Vajrabhairava. Completed by Acharya Amoghavajra. It is his own self-transformation. Translated by the Indian Abbot Manjushrijnana and the Tibetan translator Rongzom Chokyi Zangpo, and later translated and finalized by Phuktsam Wangchuk Gyalpo. Ritual for performing actions.
