Chapter Sixteen: Extensive Explanation of Heruka Practice. Chapter Sixteen: Extensive Explanation of Heruka Practice. Now, the method of Heruka practice is explained. The method of great Heruka practice, from now on, will be truly explained. Yoga is bound in samsara, whoever can quickly liberate through wisdom. Among them, "He" means "Hepa," which means that all internal and external dharmas are unrelated to cause and effect. "Why is this so?" Because of "Havashni," which means that the nature of all dharmas is unequal, and there is no equal dharma. "E" means the letter "Ra," which means that all dharmas have no object of focus, so there is no effort. "Ru" means "Ruru Vagata," which means that all internal and external dharmas are unrelated to their own nature, like an illusion. "Ra" means "Ragapara," which means that all dharmas experience their own nature and possess the bliss of great desire. "U" means "Uushni," which means that all dharmas are liberated from the beginning and are free from the collection of discriminations. "Ka" means "Ka," which means that all dharmas possess unobstructed great bliss. "A" means "Adharma," which means that all dharmas are unborn in nature. This is the nature of all stable and moving things, the duality of self and other, the tranquility of self and other, and the wisdom residing in oneself. Seeing it as one's own nature, the essence is equal, and with unparalleled equality, entering the great stream of self-benefit and other-benefit, this is Bhagavan Heruka, the body of essence. The two form bodies arising from this perform the benefit of sentient beings, which is great. The matter to be practiced is what has been said before, and the method of practicing it is through this generation stage. What is the difference here? Yoga, which is the inseparable union of skillful means and wisdom, whoever possesses and experiences it. Samsara, which is like a chariot wheel in the six realms. Bound to, which means that the inner and outer winds are violently shaking, and many winds are in ignorance. The mind residing within, in the milk of discrimination, abandons and arises with the extremely thick water of habit, and the tree that is born is desire, form, and formlessness.

There is no place. Moreover, in this state, because the realm of the powerful winds is extremely disturbed, it is suppressed by many habitual tendencies of clinging to appearances. Therefore, in the state of non-abiding nirvana, wisdom and compassion are inseparable, and they are definitely bound and abide. In such a state, what is consciousness is called the ground, and what is the order of the two. Consciousness is cultivated and enjoyed. What is called swift liberation is that the Bhagavan is attained in this very life. The divisions of its order are said to be the accumulation of merit, emptiness, the wheel of boundaries, the source of dharma, and the generation of the palace, like the fundamental mandala. Furthermore, in the navel of the hungry ghost, on top of the sun mandala, the blue vajra arising from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) syllable completely transforms, giving rise to Heruka with two arms and one face, abiding in a posture of half-lotus. One should contemplate the vajra in his right hand. Other than that, the left hand should contemplate the skull cup. The three eyes are looking back with extreme anger. The hair on the head stands upright, yellow in color and extremely beautiful. The so-called five seals are the wheel, earrings, necklace, bracelets, and belt. The so-called adornments are as stated in the Hevajra Tantra: 'The form of the wheel is Akshobhya, the nature of the ears is Amitabha, the guests are a garland of jewels, the belt is Vairocana, and the bracelets are Amoghasiddhi.' Thus. If it is said that the five skull cups that appear below are not necessary, then they are for the sake of following the empowerment of knowledge, because this is the blessing of adornment, like a mirror, and equality, and individual observation, and diligent action, and the nature of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. The so-called khatvanga is the body of the deity, leaning on the elbow on the left side. It should be adorned three times with garlands of anklets. Furthermore, it is said in the explained tantra: 'The khatvanga is the body of the deity, remembering the vajra of body, speech, and mind. Because of the purity of the place of origin of the skull cup, practice the path of the one foot. Because it abides on the left side, it seals all dharmas. The feet are adorned with bracelets.'
