The Third Division: Explanation of Karma. The Third Division: Explanation of Karma. In order to show future teachers that mandalas should not be drawn without making supplications. In order to supplicate the Tathagatas, "then" and so on were spoken. Mandala means a mandala of colored powders. All sins, such as killing that has already arisen from it, are destroyed. All mandalas are also taken and practiced to accomplish other tantras, so it is the lord of all mandalas. It will be shown thus: The meditator who has received empowerment here will attain the wisdom of all mandalas. Spoken for the sake of perfecting the great yoga, that is, "then" and so on. The Great Vajradhara is the five Tathagatas of the nature of the five wisdoms. Because he holds them as his own nature, he is the Great Vajradhara. The mind of enlightenment is the vajra. By what is the nectar of the vajra of the mind of enlightenment tasted, and by that itself is it subdued, that is the samaya, because it is not to be transgressed. "Definitely arising" means being in accordance with the play of that nature. That itself was spoken: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), all dharmas are without substance. "A," why? Because it is separated from birth, therefore it is "U." The abiding was spoken: "Like an illusion" is "Ma." These are combined as "Om Ma." All dharmas are unborn from the beginning, that is "A," which means without characteristics. The abiding was spoken: From being separated from substance, dharmas separated from substance arise, that is "Ah." All dharmas are without decay, that is "Ha." All dharmas are separated from conceptualization, that is "U." Therefore, there is no desire, that is "like an illusion." These are combined as "Hum." Again, nectar is the five nectars. Tasting it is enjoying it closely. By its meaning, the samaya is the form of the mantra that is not to be transgressed. "Definitely arising" means showing it clearly. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). It is shown thus: With this, the five nectars should be praised and tasted.

The ritual of tasting is explained. The so-called "Vajra Tongue" means that the tongue itself is the vajra, born from the mantra Hum (ཧཱུྃ,Hum,हूँ,seed syllable). Its special combination is called "Combination," which refers to the combination of the vajra tongue that resembles a tube of light. The so-called "All Vajra Holders" means that the vajra is like a mirror, representing equality, individual discernment, diligent action, and the wisdom of the utterly pure realm of dharma. The glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra also says, "The five knowledges and objects of knowledge are called vajra." This is what is said. Whoever possesses the vajra is the embodiment of the wisdom of the five Tathagatas. That is everything, and because it is the vajra holder, it is called all vajra holders, referring to them. The word "all" also includes their kinds. This indicates that all the Buddhas with their retinues residing in all three realms should be brought into oneself, and the nectar should be tasted, that is the meaning. Explaining the method of accomplishing nectar. The so-called "Invite all perfect Buddhas" means that Vimumarasu, Dahana, Guku, etc., in the vessel residing in wind and fire, should be melted together with the vajra, and invited with the light of Om (ཨོཾ,Om,ओं,seed syllable), that is the meaning. The so-called "Source of Wisdom" means by the nature of wisdom, that is the meaning. If asked how to generate the wheel of samaya and how to invite the wheel of wisdom, it is said, "Nature itself," meaning that nature itself is the nature of the wheel of samaya, referring to the form as its nature. The so-called "Inviting" means inviting. The so-called "Abiding" means completely abiding. The so-called "Binding" means not moving the mind. The so-called "Making free" means making joyful. If asked how these should be done, it is said, "With the four mantras of the club, etc.," meaning with the four mantras of the club, etc. The club, etc., refers to the four mantras of the four: club, staff, lotus, sword, and Yamantaka, that is the meaning. This should be understood from the thirteenth chapter of the sequential division. Explaining the contemplation of the main deity of the mandala, the so-called "Mahe Vajra," Mahe (མ་ཧེ) is the buffalo. Behind it is the vajra, referring to the one perfected from Ya (ཡ).
