The rituals of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying, drinking nectar, abiding in its meditation, not performing the accumulation of merit, as well as subduing and suppressing poison, the rituals of protecting body, speech, and mind, and the method of practicing Vajra Acharya in places such as the Matrika, the fruits, etc., have been proclaimed. The rituals for these should be understood from the oral instructions of the Guru. The secret letters are proclaimed. From then on, from the words "Bhagavan" to "became silent." The letters are the letters of body, speech, and mind. Not only is it difficult for Bodhisattvas to realize, but it is also difficult for Tathagatas to realize. Without hearing these letters, one cannot attain perfect enlightenment. Why is that? The letters are the suchness of Dharma and the secret mandalas, for the sake of accomplishing the cause of Dharma and merit. The four verses spoken by the Bhagavan are urged by the voices of the four goddesses, because the Dharmakaya is not visible to beings. Therefore, with joyful praise, he urged the Rupakaya, and after attachment, he attained enlightenment, and proclaimed its meaning. From then on, from the words "Bhagavan Vajrapani" to "resides," all is completely entrusted. This is also for the sake of the Buddha's teachings to abide long and benefit beings, because they have the fortune, so they call upon all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas, and universally entrust them, and especially entrust them to the compiler Vajra Dharma. After empowerment, act accordingly. Having promised thus, abiding in the continuum of wisdom, he fully understood. Being silent means that the aforementioned self-natures are its self-nature. Because it is related to it, it is said thus. Because it possesses the nature of non-existence, it enters the secret meaning, and spontaneously accomplishes union in equality. The meaning of the seventeenth chapter is complete. This tantra to be spoken, the commentary that takes its meaning closely, the Vajra Laughing Master, in order to generate the wisdom of beings, from this composition, whatever stainless virtue arises, may pure disciples and all beings attain it. King of Tantras, Glorious Secret.
