That which is called "the ground is liberated, without obscurations and without stains," means that because there are no obscurations of seeing self and others as two and no stains of holding to inequality, the wisdom of equality is attained. That which is called "things are peaceful" means that because the things of the consciousness of mind are purified and the grasping of characteristics is pacified, the wisdom of discernment is attained. The general characteristics of phenomena are emptiness and selflessness, and one knows that their own characteristics are unmixed and real, and there is no attachment, aversion, or grasping of characteristics towards them. That which is called "supreme dominion" means that because the five consciousnesses of the five senses arise naturally in their respective objects, and because one is free from the faults of clinging to and desiring to enjoy their respective objects, the wisdom of accomplishment is attained, and because there is no timidity or weariness in accomplishing all purposes, one has dominion over all phenomena that have become objects of experience, and has attained a dominion that is superior to that of the lower vehicles. The faults of the eight consciousnesses are purified, and the five wisdoms are realized, so the vajra-like body is attained. To that Buddha among all Buddhas, I prostrate with a body without characteristics, speech without words, and a mind of non-discrimination. Thus it is said. This is explained from the perspective of the perfection of qualities. The arising of all qualities, such as the great vajra-like wisdom, in all the Buddhas of the three times is the perfection of wisdom. The liberation of the bodies of sentient beings in the three realms and the three existences, without obscurations and without stains, is the perfection of abandonment. The purification of things and the pacification of characteristics is the perfection of nature. From "supreme dominion" onwards is the perfection of qualities. To such a meaningful one, I prostrate with the non-objective reverence of the three doors. Thus it is said. This is explained from the perspective of the perfection of pure activity. That which is called "by whom is born from the path of the victors of the three times" means that because one has trained in accordance with the path of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, one has attained the state of the ultimate fruition of all vehicles. That which is called "will be liberated from existence" does not mean that one is merely liberated from samsara and the lower realms and attains happiness, but that all sentient beings are also liberated from samsara and the lower realms.

This is to show the mediator's protection and sacred help. The so-called "immaculate and stainless" means realizing the selflessness of dharma and person, and showing the dharma that is free from the defilement of grasping at duality, thereby making bodhisattvas realize that all things are like illusions, and engaging in the altruistic activities of entering the stages step by step. The so-called "peaceful self" refers to the selflessness of the person, and shows the dharma of selflessness in one aspect of the skandha of form and the realm of dharma, thereby purifying the defilement of grasping at duality by the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, cutting off the one-sided peace and the extreme of nirvana, thereby showing the altruistic activities of accomplishing the supreme sovereign king who freely controls all dharmas. The so-called "Bodhi Vajra Buddha" refers to understanding the meaning of unsurpassed bodhi and vajra-like wisdom, which is called Bodhi Vajra. By showing the meaning of the Kriya, Charya, and Yoga Tantras, those who become vessels for it realize the fruit of that path, and engage in the altruistic activities of establishing them in the immeasurable fruit of the great secret position that surpasses this. Thus, from the fruits achieved by each person's own karma, the meaning and activities attained by the Buddha, which are immeasurable and unparalleled, are complete, hence it is called the Buddha of Buddhas, which is to show that there is no one who can obtain the name of Buddha before this. I prostrate and praise the one who possesses such complete activities. This is a praise to the teacher of this tantra.
