Ninth, to the words thus requested, the Tathagatas praised well, without contradiction, and dispelled obstacles. Ninth, to the words thus requested, the Tathagatas praised well, without contradiction, and dispelled obstacles. To speak of that reply, therefore, it is said from then on, etc. After such a request, all the Tathagatas without exception gave the word "Good!" to those who had requested thus, such as the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Maitreya. What is that like? "Good! Lord of Great Enlightenment! Good! Realm of Great Enlightenment! Good! Great through Great Enlightenment!" Thus, they gave that word. Among them, the first "Good!" is that you, Bodhisattva, have requested to cut off the doubts and offerings of hearing the root tantra, which is also good! With great intention, it removes the obstacles of future yogis, etc., who are doubtful. The second "Good!" is that if one practices in the manner of the four branches of approach and accomplishment, one will attain the accomplishment of the great self, and it is also good to understand the meaning of showing this! Then future yogis will be able to know the manner of practice. The third "Good!" is that if one does not achieve accomplishment, then one asks whether one will not be stained by sin because of the rite of burning offerings, which shows the killing of all Buddhas, which is also good! Then future yogis will become a cause for trusting and generating joy in yogis who practice diligently with activity. The fourth "Good!" is that if killing the Buddhas becomes a sin, then what kind of fruit will it become? It is also good to ask! It is taught that there is no sin and that merit arises and enlightenment is achieved, and that the Tathagatas will not speak falsely, and although it seems contradictory, there is no fault, and future yogis will have no doubt that they will not achieve accomplishment if they practice. It shows that the practice and the result are particularly superior to the greatness of the lower vehicle. Others say, "Bodhisattva, you are a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, endowed with the realization of the nature of the Dharmakaya, therefore good! The nature of Great Enlightenment, endowed with the Enjoyment Body, therefore good! The realm of Great Enlightenment,

Because it generates in the continuum of beings, it is excellent to possess the Nirmana-kaya. Because the great cause produces a great result, it is excellent to possess the Sambhoga-kaya. If it is said like that, even though these Bodhisattvas already possess the four kayas, it is unreasonable for the Buddhas to praise the Bodhisattvas as possessing the four kayas when they answer the doubts asked by the Buddhas. In order to clearly explain the meaning of giving approval to such questions, the Bodhi Vajra Acharya said: "The lord of all the glorious Buddhas, all things that are like illusions, can give and gather." and so on. The Acharya who has the meaning like Bodhi Vajra is the one who has the wisdom and prajna mind, possessing the profound and vast auspiciousness of self and others, and has become the master of all Buddhas. Therefore, he can give and manifest all things that appear in the form of illusory body and the three wisdom mandalas, and like a teacher who gathers and makes them invisible, so it is called "giving and gathering". That is to say, he can show the non-existent as appearing, and the appearing as emptiness. However, this is not like the creator of the heretics, who creates existence from non-existence and destroys existing things. In the true conventional truth, the gross is produced from the subtle; in the ultimate truth, the gross appearance itself is without self-nature, thus clearly showing the meaning of immovability. Then it says: "Therefore it will become a sin, and merit is also the same. Whoever has no merit and sin, to him is the Bodhi well spoken." This is like the reason shown above, because all dharmas appear like illusions, therefore the killer and the killed are not obvious, and will not be contaminated, and merit is also the same. Therefore, merit is also not separate. Similarly, realizing the illusion itself will obtain it. Whoever has no merit and sin, that is to say, if the practitioner realizes in this way, merit will not arise, and will not be contaminated by sin. Only such realization is said to be Bodhi.
