Explanation of abandoning aggregates, etc. Explanation of abandoning aggregates, etc. Now, aggregates, realms, and sources, what is grasped and what grasps are completely abandoned. The explanation of this is: In the world, there is no self, etc. It is said like this, and the word 'etc.' includes fifteen things such as persons. If examined, there is no establishment, which means there is nothing. Even such aggregates should be destroyed. In the Mahayana, after the five aggregates are blocked, the nature of the three realms, etc., is established as mere consciousness. Not only are the aggregates blocked, but also the realms, etc. How are they different? Form is like a bubble, etc., because its nature is weak, like a bubble, because it is intangible. Thus, form is also like that. What is destroyed immediately after arising is like a water bubble, and feeling is also because suffering arises immediately after happiness arises. Because there is no appearance, it is like a mirage. Similarly, perception is like a pillar. If you divide its root, middle, and tip, there is no perception of it. Because there is no essence, it is like a banana tree. Action also appears outwardly as a cyclic existence, but it has no essence because it is merely dependent origination. Because it deceives others, it is like an illusion. Similarly, consciousness also appears as if there is knowing, even though there is no knower or known. Thus, showing the aggregates, etc., is the Dharma to be learned. 'Everywhere' means all the different aspects without exception. Bodhisattvas are those on the ten bhumis. 'To' means the object. 'Showing' means to follow and learn. Thus, it is shown that the five aggregates have no inherent nature. What are the bubbles, etc.? It is said that the great elements, etc., are the source of all forms, large and small, and they pervade all forms with a common characteristic. Therefore, space is not an element because it pervades everything. The phenomena that arise from them are the actual substance of the four great elements. That is, the aggregate of form is very clear. 'Clear' means manifest. The others are formless. This refers to the four mental aggregates. Other than form, there is formlessness.

Because it is unobstructed and cannot be grasped. Thus, among the five aggregates, one is the form aggregate and four are not form aggregates, which is undoubtedly clear, because the four aggregates are mind and phenomena arising from mind. From the nature of form and non-form, the elements and so on are also not different, that is, the so-called "elements" and so on. Then, the form like a bubble is not considered a substance, why? If the ultimate of form is considered to be the atom, then, like "atoms of form and non-form" and so on, the final part of form is the atom, which is unobstructed and has no front and back parts. It also has two types, namely, aggregated atoms and substance atoms. The first is because eight, nine, and ten are accumulated. Among them, the accumulation of eight is the four great elements, form, smell, taste, and touch, which are produced by the mutual accumulation of these eight. The accumulation of nine is sound, which is produced by accumulating the previous ones and sound itself. The accumulation of ten is the sense organs such as the body, which are produced by accumulating the previous nine and the body itself. The substance atom appears alone. The substance atom cannot generate consciousnesses such as eye consciousness, so it is said that "the atom of form is not sense consciousness." Because the atom cannot be taken by the sense organs. Among them, the sense organ refers to the ability to pay attention, to adorn the support, to act on its own object, and to generate its own consciousness. Its consciousness refers to the consciousness of the six aggregates. The so-called "not" means not produced. Its reason is "what is born from production is not," and so on, that is, it cannot produce consciousness beyond the object of the five senses. Then, by what is it produced? It is produced by the accumulation of those, that is, the objects of those atoms, such as eight, etc., accumulated, such as vases and woolen cloth, produce eye consciousness, etc., and not by others, that is its meaning. That accumulation is also not what is desired. Vase
