At that time, looking downwards, from the secret nostril, it arises in the form of a seed, thereby generating all sentient beings. During the initial actions, contemplate it as the form of letters, perform oral recitation, and rely on external colors, etc., to perform peaceful and other activities. When a yogi eats food, by purifying, realizing, and burning, he transforms it into nectar. These are also from the Great Yoga Tantra, the Vajra Garland: The nature of the five Buddhas abides. Arising from the nostril's aperture. The five winds move upwards. Constantly uniting with the body. From the conventional nose, निश्चित (Tibetan, Devanagari, niścita, certain) arises. Left and right and both. Fatigue runs in four ways. It is said to be the inner time. From the right arises the element. It is the mandala of fire itself. This supreme red color. The Lord of the Lotus moves. From the left arises the element. The mandala of wind arises. Appearing as greenish-yellow. The Lord of Action moves. From both arises the element. Appearing as golden in color. It is the mandala of the powerful one. The Jewel Lord moves. The slow and unmoving element. Purity appearing like crystal. It is the mandala of water itself. The Vajra Lord moves. The wind abiding in all bodies. The wheel of all these elements arises. It is the body of the Great Vairocana. It mainly arises at the time of death. The armpit, heart, navel, and. Shows coming and going in the secret lotus. In the times of half-hours. It is shown to abide in order. These four mandalas. By equally abiding, oneself. Combining the four recited mantras. Recite constantly day and night. Thus it is said. The number of mantra recitations is twenty-one thousand six hundred times in one day and night. There are twenty-four half-hours in it. There are twelve great hours. There are six rotations. This is also from the Great Yoga Tantra, the Prophecy of Intentions: Reciting white clothes, etc. Two hundred and twenty-five. The fourth is well added. Combining the four unions into nine hundred. The nine hundred that are taught. In the order of twenty-four.

arise separately from each, twenty-one thousand six hundred. Thus it is said. The very nature of all mantras, such as the emanations arising from Āli and Kālī, is the three syllables Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, because all mantras are gathered into these three syllables in the form of female, male, and neuter. Moreover, in the glorious Guhyasamāja Tantra, it is said: "The essence of all the secret mantras of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathāgatas, called 'that which stimulates,' this supremely secret body, speech, and mind vajra, is spoken with indefinite words, thus this condensed mantra is spoken." It is said, "Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ." In order to show separation from yoga, the self-mantra and so forth are spoken. The self-mantra is Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. To contemplate in the heart is to dissolve the three syllables Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ into the three states of entering, abiding, and arising. And to meditate that these three syllables dissolve into the wind called 'life' in the heart is to contemplate the self-mantra in the heart. Thereafter, since one should meditate that the wind called 'life' also dissolves into the indestructible bindu, it is said: "Life abides as the bindu." Thus it is said. This is the explanation of the complete separation of speech, which is the third limb. The third limb: Explanation of the complete separation of speech.
