Chapter Seven: Cutting Doubts by Summarizing the Truth of the Two Yogas Completely Purified. Chapter Seven: Cutting Doubts by Summarizing the Truth of the Two Yogas Completely Purified. The Vajra disciple reported: There is no hesitation in the relative truth. Now, the state of complete purity of appearance, thanks to the kindness of the Guru, is very well understood as part of the ultimate truth. The Vajra Master said: The so-called relative truth is the order of blessing me, the completion of the body of Vajrasattva, which can be well explained by the twelve metaphors of illusion, but the ultimate truth is without body, without metaphor, free from all creation, and each self-awakened. Therefore, without the oral instruction of the Guru, it will not be known. As the words spoken in the scriptures: Just as a lamp is placed in a bottle, it will not appear bright outside. If the bottle is broken, then the light of the lamp will appear. Likewise, the bottle is one's own body, and one's own body is like a lamp. If it is well broken by the Guru's mouth, then the wisdom of the Buddha will become clear. From the sky, the sky arises, and the sky can be seen by the sky. This is the Guru's oral instruction, which can well show the method of union. It is said that, according to this reasoning, it arises from the aspect of sound, so there is no beginning and no end, and the nature of no object, free from the taker and the taken, is the nature of the relative truth, which can be well explained by any sound of name. That ultimate truth is also the same as the uncreated sky, which is the stainless nature. In order to clarify this meaning, it is said in the sutra that teaches in one principle: This Dharma is predicted by sounds and languages, but here the Dharma and sound cannot be found. The nature of Dharma, one principle, also enters into things, and will touch the supreme and unsurpassed forbearance. It is said. Thus, the disciple who understands that the two, cause and effect, are inseparable, after receiving the Guru's teachings, performs the ritual as described in the tantra, and with all the resources available, performs the assembly circle. At midnight, the well-trained mudra woman, anointed with fragrant perfume and adorned with all ornaments, is offered to the Guru, the secret.

I offer truly with offerings other than these, before the Lama, planting the kneecap of the right knee on the ground, joining the palms, with the mind of saving from samsara, towards the teacher, like towards the Tathagata manifestly, generate great faith and respect, and with this offering of praise, pray for manifest enlightenment. Supreme Giver, supreme Vajra, I bow to you. True Ultimate, I bow to you. Born from emptiness, I bow to you. Buddhas, enlightenment, I prostrate and bow. The seer of manifest enlightenment, great teacher, I salute you. Great wisdom of all Buddhas, all empty, unsurpassed, self-experiencing nature, the only one, please grant the great Bodhisattva. Liberated from karma and birth, attaining enlightenment in this life itself, having abandoned your lotus feet, there is no other chief to take refuge in. Hero of beings, great mighty one, therefore, please delight the supreme Buddhas. Having heard that supreme rite of supplication, the Lama, glorious ocean of qualities, generates compassion for the disciple, the face becomes extremely pleased, greatly rejoicing with his own love, the supreme arising from the yoga tantra, the good samaya should be taught. Then the teacher, having entered into equipoise, in the vase or conch shell dharma vessel, the mind of enlightenment should be placed. Then, having summoned that disciple, with the blessings of all the Buddhas, with the seals of the Victorious Ones, those samayas should be taught. With the second Vajra Holder, the empowerment should be bestowed. Auspicious sounds should be proclaimed, with various sounds of musical instruments, with the empowerment of the three realms, the disciple bows and joins palms, there, with great joy, then the subsequent permission is granted. Rosary, water, and complete Buddha, Vajra, bell, mirror, name and teacher's subsequent permission, this is the order of empowerment. Then, the nature of enlightenment, coming from the lineage of the Lama, having obtained the basis of the oral instructions, then it should be given to him. The order of manifest enlightenment for him is of two kinds, namely, this is outer and inner. Among them, first the outer should be taught, at the juncture of dawn,
