Like an image clearly appearing in a mirror. Possessing all supreme qualities. The form is never tiring to behold. He showed it to that excellent disciple. That is said to be self-blessing. By the characteristic of being shown as an illusion. This itself is a symbol of approaching. The conventional truth is illusion itself. The enjoyment body is also that. That itself became a Gandharva sentient being. The Vajra body is also that itself. Vajrasattva is the self-nature. Therefore, enter into self-offering. Self is all Buddhas. All Bodhisattvas as well. Therefore, with all effort. One should always worship the self. The union of mantras and mudras. Conceptualizations such as mandalas. All such as fire offerings and tormas. Should always be done as if they were illusions. Pacifying and increasing. Likewise, subjugating and accomplishing. Anything such as attracting, whatever is suitable. Should be done like an Indra's bow. Charm and intimate enjoyment. Serving nagas and musical instruments, etc. Entering well into illusory arts, etc. Should be done like reflections in water. Form and sound, and likewise smell. Taste and touch themselves. Where the eyes and so forth enter. One should contemplate them as if they were illusions. In that very Vajrayana. What need is there to say much here? Whatever a yogi contemplates. One should contemplate it as if it were an illusion. The image in a mirror. A dream, an illusion, a bubble. Whoever sees them as equal to a mirage. That one is said to be the chief. Seeing and touching themselves. Beings are just like illusions. In the absence of objects of focus, in the conventional. It is extensively taught as being like an illusion. Whatever sense becomes a path. Make that the nature of that. By unequal union. Unite equally with all Buddhas. Everywhere, always, everything. Self, always, in every way. All Buddhas, self-nature, accomplishment. One will see that by oneself. The chief, the nature of all bliss. The great Bodhisattva goes and stays. Dwelling and resources, and clothing, etc. Are found in the sky in an instant. To cut off existence. To show beings the supreme. All gods and humans worship. Again and again, they prostrate. Like the teacher, the complete Buddha. Wishes to benefit the world.

Departed by... Likewise, the great yoga, Gathers various wisdoms. Since it is symbolized by Vajrasattva, There is nothing that cannot be accomplished. The great bliss, the great mudra, Will be accomplished by itself. The body born from karma and afflictions, The agent and the result itself, Like a mirage, like a dream, Are similar to cities of gandharvas. Because of not knowing such samadhi, They fixate on objects, Those who give rise to various desires, Heal them with illusory medicine. The oral instructions for self-blessing, Who has not practiced from the guru? By focusing on permanence and annihilation, That person will regress. Having abandoned all offerings, Truly make offerings to the guru. By his pleasure, One will obtain the supreme wisdom of omniscience. Of the supreme practitioner, the guru, Having made offerings to Vajrasattva, Whose merit has not been made? Who is there who has not practiced austerities? With that inexhaustible desire, Whatever is extremely joyful, Whatever is extremely special, Offer that and that to the guru. The guru steals sins, The guru eliminates fears, The guru saves from the fear of the ocean of suffering to the other shore. Whoever is stained by arrogance, And slanders the true order, And that person despises the Dharma, Do not teach that to him. Respect the guru and speak the truth, To those who are extremely virtuous and have a single lineage, Those who keep the vows, That order should be taught to them. The order of self-blessing was composed by the master Nagarjuna, and is the third order. Third, the order of self-blessing. Nagarjuna.
