我之誓言清净者，为利一切诸有情，恒常自身为导师，如是作了差别祈请后，从彼起应发菩提心。 诸佛及诸菩萨垂念我！我名某某，从此时起乃至菩提果间，如三世诸佛所作，于菩提发决定心，我今亦发无上胜义菩提心！于佛之瑜伽律仪，别解脱戒学处及摄善法戒、饶益有情戒等三种戒，我当稳固受持。 佛法僧，是为无上之三宝，从今乃至受持之。 金刚部中殊胜者，金刚铃及手印等，如实受持之。 诸阿阇黎亦受持之。 珍宝部中殊胜者，于诸悦意之誓句，日日六时中，施予四种胜妙施。 从大菩提所生之，清净莲花部族中，外内密三乘，我当受持胜妙法。 业部之中殊胜者，具足一切诸律仪，如实受持之。 供养事业亦尽力作。 我已发起无上菩提心，为利一切诸有情，我当受持一切诸律仪。 未解脱者令解脱，未安立者令安立，未得出离者令得出离，令诸有情安置于涅槃。 如是说已，以作一切事业之真言加持之。于彼之心间、喉间及顶间，观想金刚、莲花、轮等之上，（嗡，藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），（阿，藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），（吽，藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。念诵彼等，并以右手持金刚之香水触彼之心间、喉间及顶间。于头顶献花，于前方燃香及灯，于心中供香水，于手中施予洁净之水。将菩提树等所作之十二指长之牙木，连同鲜花，给予弟子。

I, with pure vows, for the benefit of all sentient beings, will always be a teacher myself. Having made such a specific request, one should then generate the mind of enlightenment. May all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas consider me! I, named so-and-so, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, just as the protectors of the three times have made a definite commitment to enlightenment, I will also generate the supreme and sacred mind of enlightenment! In the vows of Buddha's yoga, the training of individual liberation vows, the vows of accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the three vows of benefiting sentient beings, I will firmly uphold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the unsurpassed Three Jewels, and I will uphold them from today onwards. The supreme of the Vajra family, the vajra, bell, and mudra, I will uphold them as they are. I will also uphold the teachers. The supreme of the Ratna family, in the pleasing vows, every day at six times, I will give the four kinds of excellent generosity. From the great enlightenment, in the pure Lotus family, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, I will uphold the sacred Dharma. The supreme of the Karma family, possessing all vows, I will uphold them as they are. I will also do my best in the work of offerings. Having generated the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all the vows. I will liberate those who are not liberated, establish those who are not established, lead out those who have not come out, and place sentient beings in nirvana. Having said this, bless it with the mantra of doing all actions. In their heart, throat, and crown, visualize (Oṃ, 藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), (Āḥ, 藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), (Hūṃ, 藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on top of the vajra, lotus, and wheel. Recite them and touch their heart, throat, and crown with the vajra-infused scented water with the right hand. Offer flowers on the head, incense and lamps in front, scented water in the heart, and clean water in the hands. Give the disciple a twelve-finger-long toothbrush made of the Bodhi tree, etc., along with flowers.

On a square object made of leather with steps, facing east or north, hold a fresh branch and place it there. To its east, north, west, south, above, and below, in order, are pacifying, acting, power, increasing, vidyadhara, and subterranean accomplishments. If one goes outside the mandala, accomplishments will not occur. Then, with water generated from the syllable bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: bam), offer foot washing. Again, say: Om Hrih Vishuddha Dharma Sarva Papam Nam Tasy Vishodhaya Sarva Vikalpan Apanaya Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿབི་ཤུདྡྷ་དྷརྨ་སརྦ་པཱ་ཕཾ་ནཾ་ཙསྱ་བི་ཤོདྷ་ཡ་སརྦ་བི་ཀལྤཱ་ནཱ་པ་ནཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीः विशुद्ध धर्म सर्व पापं नः चस्य विशोधय सर्व विकल्पान् अपनाय हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hrīḥ viśuddha dharma sarva pāpaṃ naḥ casya viśodhaya sarva vikalpān apanāya hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Hrih, Pure, Dharma, All, Sins, Us, His, Purify, All, Distortions, Remove, Hum), recite and pour three handfuls of scented water. Take a red thread equal to their body, twisted three times, bless it with Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), recite the mantra for all activities, and tie three knots. Tie it to the right upper arm or left wrist, protect it well, and praise: In the world, all the omniscient ones, are like the udumbara flower. In a hundred paths, only a few, appear or do not appear. The appearance of practicing secret mantra, is even rarer than that. Who can, for the sake of incomparable sentient beings, act until not passing into nirvana? In countless eons, whatever sins have been committed, all those, just by seeing such a mandala, will be purified. The practice of mantra with endless fame, abiding in this, what need is there to say? If one recites the protecting secret mantra, one will attain the unsurpassed state. For this supreme practice, those whose wisdom is utterly unwavering, their cause of bad migrations, all sufferings will be completely cut off. Great beings, you have obtained the incomparable gain today. Because the Buddhas and their retinues, all the great beings, for this teaching, all of you are holding and being born. Therefore, you should generate great faith in the Great Vehicle. This supreme path that greatly produces the Great Vehicle, is endowed with glory. Because you go there, by great fortune that arises naturally, you will become the Tathagatas who know all the worlds. Thus say.
