The Sadhana of the Oral Instructions of Ekajati Tara, the Supreme Tara. The Sadhana of the Oral Instructions of Ekajati Tara, the Supreme Tara. In Sanskrit: Agrataraikajati Upadesha Sadhana. In Tibetan: The Sadhana of the Oral Instructions of Ekajati Tara, the Supreme Tara. Homage with reverence to all the holy lamas. May the supreme Tara, who liberates from all fears such as the blindness of ignorance, short life, disease, poverty, enemies, and obstacles, ༄. clearly explain here the meditation sequence. First, the yogi who has completed the recitation and is familiar with the sadhana, resides in a charnel ground or a place with inner and outer blessings. After cleaning a suitable and auspicious dwelling, arrange the Three Jewels and the five offerings, either actually or mentally. On a soft sleeping cloth smeared with sandalwood, or on another cushion for meditation, sit in the lotus position as a branch of mind-abiding. Starting from the basis of the excellent path, first generate the supreme mind of enlightenment, which is the best of all dharmas. In the space in front of oneself, who remains in an ordinary body, from ལཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: लँ, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Earth) arises the mandala of earth. Inhale through the right nostril, expelling all diseases such as wind, bile, and phlegm, as well as all impure substances from the internal organs, through the excretory passage, sending them to the immeasurable lower realms to the limit of comprehension. Again, from བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वँ, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Water) in front arises the mandala of water, inhale through the left nostril, washing away all impurities from the inside of the body, expelling them through the urinary passage, sending them away as before. Then, below the combination of the winds, at the navel where the winds are poured in, there is ཡཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यँ, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Wind), and at the junction of the three channels there is རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रँ, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Fire), visualize a flame the size of a pea. From the ཡཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यँ, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Wind) of the door below it, the wind stirs, and a flame as thin as a silk thread burns red and long, emitting intense rays like the sun at the end of an eon, instantly burning all the sins and obscurations of the body from beginningless time like a feather catching fire. When the flame reaches the heart, it touches the ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Hum) in the center of the lotus of the heart, from which rays of light shine like the rising sun, pervading the entire body, completely eradicating all the karmic imprints of the three obscurations. From the mouth, nose, and all the pores of the hair, the force of the wind

After emerging from ..., contemplate the body as pure as a crystal palace. Then, as the flame reaches the throat, light radiates from Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), contemplate the Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the crown of the head melting into nectar drops, stabilizing the burning and dripping samadhi in the heart. Then, light radiates from Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) in the heart, accomplishing the two benefits. Upon retraction, invite the gurus along with the lineage of heroes, descending gradually from the crown of one's head, first performing the seven purifications, then praying intensely. Above the four-petaled lotus is a skull cup filled with blood. Above that is the sun arising from Raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram). Above that is a curved knife arising from Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), with a vajra handle marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Light radiates from it, accomplishing the two benefits. Upon retraction, one's self becomes the Bhagavati, the color of her body clear like blue-green beryl. In the midst of a blazing mountain of fire, there is a clear sun. On top of a corpse separated from its mother and breath, the right leg is bent, pressing down on the soft intestines of the corpse, the left leg slightly extended, trampling on the heart. Sixteen years of age, adorned with youth and splendor. Extremely wrathful, with a stout, short stature. The body is stout, with three large, prominent features. Wearing a lower garment of wet tiger skin. Fifty wet heads, dripping with brain blood, hanging as a necklace. One face, four arms, the first two hands holding a curved knife and skull cup at the heart, the lower two hands holding a sword and a book adorned with utpala flowers. Revealing four fangs. The tongue flashes like lightning in the sky. Uttering great laughter of Haha and Hihi, all the outer and inner demons are frightened and scattered. The reddish-yellow beard bristles upwards. Furrows of wrath are gathered on the eyebrows and forehead. The three eyes are wide open, red like a heap of fire, gazing slightly to the left.
