Before the empowerment, etc., join the palms. Bind the precious palm seal with the gesture of bending the thumbs and middle fingers. With the song of the letter dhri (དྷྲི), and with the great mudras such as the Vajra Sun empowerment, offer to the Vajra Sun. The Horse King also, with devotion, called emptiness, etc., dances in sequence with the song of his own goddess, and oneself thus binds the mandala's offering mudra. With any essence as desired, and with the great mudras of the Horse King, etc., make offerings. As it is said, "Having made offerings of flowers, etc.," in order to show the mudra of the said offerings of flowers, etc., it is said to scatter upwards, etc. That is shown thus: oneself, like the previously mentioned offering mudra, should apply it to scattering upwards, etc. "Having or not" means having items such as flowers, etc., emptiness means not having those. Or, "whatever is obtained" means whatever is generally obtained from those. Same vow means having. Practice means practicing the deity, with essence, etc., mudras, and meditation as the guide. Offerings were made with all supreme offerings. Equal union means complete attainment. Therefore, having practiced oneself, it is good fortune, that is, Vajrasattva. That itself is auspicious. Vow is non-transgression. The word that shows that is called discrimination. Equal union of all offerings is the discrimination of auspicious good fortune, it is the commentary on the eighth discrimination. Eighth, the union of all offerings is the commentary on the examination of the auspicious good fortune vow.
