Chapter Two: Explanation of Mantras Chapter Two: Explanation of Mantras ༄། །Then, "thereafter" refers to the subsequent union after all siddhis have been ascertained, and the chapter on mantras for establishing various actions is spoken. "As it is spoken" means that from the ༄། །Twelve thousand root tantras of the Buddha's Skull, the twenty kinds of Batusa mantras are explained as they are, and these will emerge from the mantra chapter. "Dakini, Mamo, Bhungpo, etc." Here, Dakini refers to the accomplishment of the four yoginis, including Dakini. Mamo refers to Mamo related to skillful means. Bhungpo refers to the accomplishment of pacifying and other activities. "With steadfast faith" refers to whoever has steadfast faith in this tantra is the one with steadfast faith. Therefore, it should be added, "Therefore, listen to the mantra chapter." "Om Buddha Kapalo Ni," etc., is easy to understand. "Om Ham," etc., is the armor mantra for the seven places. The places mentioned are the heart, forehead, crown of the head, two shoulders, two eyes, secret place, and all the limbs, and the yogi himself should bless them with this mantra. After the armor mantra, invite the mandala. After that, request to descend. After that, offer the torma. What is the torma? It is for all the bhungpos. Now, the method of invisibility is explained. "Taking Salu rice" means soaking red rice in water. "With milk" means washing with the milk of a white cow. "Young maiden" refers to a maiden whose breasts have not been caressed and whose lotus has not been damaged; she should grind the rice. How to do it? As it is said, "Grind it very finely," which means grinding the rice into flour and sifting it with cotton cloth, so that fine flour is obtained. From this ground flour, make a four-armed blood-drinker, holding a sword and skull in the right hand, and a hand drum and khatvanga in the left hand, in the form of Heruka. "Ashes of burnt corpses" refers to the ashes of the charnel ground. "Vajra Crown" refers to the bodhicitta that arises from the initial union with blood and ༄། །from entering into equality, that is the Vajra.
