The Method of Accomplishment Called Great Illusion Vajra Dakini. The Method of Accomplishment Called Great Illusion. Vajra Dakini. ༄. In Sanskrit: Maha Maya Sadhana Nama. In Tibetan: The Method of Accomplishment Called Great Illusion. Homage to the glorious Vajra Dakini and all the assemblies of Dakinis. First, having risen early, the compassionate yogi should visualize a heroic bindu on a lotus in their heart. Its rays should truly inspire the lamas, heroes, and yoginis. Focusing on the sky, make offerings with the three offerings. In front of them, recite the verses of taking refuge in the Three Jewels, which are: Om, homage to the dust of the feet of the glorious lama. Om, homage also to the glorious Vajrasattva. Om, homage to the glorious Vajra Dakini. ༄. Having recited these, according to the ritual, confess sins, rejoice in merit, dedicate merit, take refuge in the Three Jewels, generate the mind of enlightenment, rely on the path, and offer one's possessions. Then, having first meditated on the four abodes of Brahma, one should meditate on emptiness, which is: Om, śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. Immediately after this, one should contemplate the letter Ram arising from the sun, with the letter Hum residing on it. Its rays dissolve all appearances and everything completely, and from that, one should contemplate the ground as being of the nature of vajra, with vajra walls and vajra fences, and in the center of the eight great charnel grounds, a four-petaled red lotus, surrounded entirely by a garland of black vajras. Alternatively, one can contemplate it in the order of the Naga with remnants. In the center of the lotus, one should contemplate the vowel letters A and so forth doubled, as a moon mandala. On top of that, adding the six-syllable mantra, one should contemplate the consonant letters Ka and so forth doubled, as a sun mandala. Like a mirror, the moon is well explained. Equality is greatly renowned in the sun. In the center of these is the king of bindus.
