That. ༄. In the lower wheel, contemplate the supreme goddess as described in the excellent ritual. With its essence filling the lower body, contemplate the beautiful wheel as before. When descending, like being in great cold and heat, the hair stands on end. Tears flow from the eyes, trembling and falling, pure wisdom arises. For those who have transformed their state, there is a great yogi offering ritual. Also recite the (mantras) that have contemplation, recitation, incense burning, and accomplish all the meanings of the mantra. For those who are malicious, foolish, and devoted to sinful deeds. This (ritual) should not be spoken to those people for the sake of respectful service. From the ritual of descending wisdom, it is the ritual of accepting disciples. Outer Offering Ritual ༄. The outer offering is performed by the true achiever and the (teacher) who is good at accepting disciples. In front, make a mandala with red liquid and red flowers. Relying on a vessel marked with a vajra, on a large vessel, with the left hand. Draw a wheel with triangles, ornaments, and various vajras. On it, with the four letters mentioned earlier, separate the headdress of the lord of obstacles, the sovereign. Facing west, with secret mantra knowledge, write with the left hand as before. After that, in the order of the ritual, invite wisdom and quickly make it enter the vow. There are incense, excellent incense, flowers, fragrant lamps, offerings, etc. The five sensual pleasures and the supreme nectar, strength and touch, a good foundation. Recite the mantra rituals with the syllable (Tibetan: མུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मु, Sanskrit Romanization: mu, Literal Meaning: Mu), and fully praise the one who abides. A man who strives for the supreme meaning, with a diligent mind, will truly rise from meditation. After the ritual of invoking wisdom is the ritual of external offerings. The Ritual of Combining Benefits Om! Whoever offers the mandala daily with the supreme ritual that has already been explained, and recites the mantra of the goddess in front of the thangka as in the ritual, that person will surely obtain the true accomplishment that generates various benefits, and in the world, he will become an object of great reverence, like a radiant goddess. Having looked at the object to be subdued, who is attached, has a heart, and wears red clothes, bind him well from the neck with a vajra rope, pierce him from the chest with an iron hook, lead him naked with palms together, and make him dance falling at his own two feet, like the beings of Doma Bisara, he will become very obedient. Whoever's head is struck by the tip of a vajra, and the place of the skull is filled with blood in the eyes, that person, even if he has become a vajra body, will quickly go to the place of Yama. With the assembly of seed syllables, light rays, and the nature of nectar, wash the wound of whoever is dead, with the khatvanga as the place, with the bell with hair, that person will truly revive. After the ritual of invoking wisdom is the ritual of combining benefits. By properly proclaiming the ritual of invoking wisdom, the merit I have accumulated is like the full moon of virtue, white like light, eliminating all faults. May this merit cause all beings to be free from all afflictions, and become a treasure of perfect qualities. May the wisdom light of the Bhagavan Vajravarahi blaze fiercely.
