Although the Dharmadhatu is pure and does not move from the Dharmadhatu, Yet through skillful means, he manifests as a wrathful form to subdue the wicked. The greatest of the great, having become the god of gods, Homage to Kuntuzangpo Heruka! Master of selflessness, inseparable from the body, From the mandala of great bliss, clear light, and purity, Clouds of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas emanate, Homage to the body of Vajravarahi! The wisdom body of the Sugatas of the three times, With the great compassion that empties samsara and nirvana, Placing those to be tamed on the ground of omniscience, Homage to the Five Sugatas! Like the sky, unobstructed and pervasive, Endowed with a miraculous body that transforms at will, With the power of vows, lovingly caring for practitioners, Homage to the assembly of Dakinis of the three places! Having purified afflictions and attained the wisdom body, In order to cut off the wheel of existence completely, With skillful means and compassion, guiding beings, With devotion, I bow to the feet of the two Victorious Vajras. With all the abundant enjoyments of gods and humans, And the great cloud of offerings of Samantabhadra, The secret, the most secret, the great secret, the unsurpassed, I offer with the great ocean of offering clouds. With my body, speech, and mind, With attachment, hatred, and ignorance, Whatever sins I have committed in the dangers of samsara, From now on, I thoroughly confess all sins. Perfect Buddha, protector, supreme Bodhisattva, Whatever virtues the noble ones have performed, In order to attain the supreme fruit of enlightenment, I always rejoice in all of them. Perfect Buddha, precious, abiding in my own mind, The sacred Dharma that completely cuts the net of thoughts, To the assembly of lords of the earth and the ascetic Sangha, With great devotion, I take refuge. To the Buddhas and their heirs, these excellent offerings, At all times, I offer myself completely, May the great Bodhisattvas accept me, With faith, I am your servant. 于此宣说药之明咒，我祈请至上之怙主。以彻底摧毁最极不善，从魔之生老病死中解脱。为了舍弃欲入涅槃之念，我祈请至上之怙主。诸佛于世间 出现时，如具缘菩萨发起菩提心一般，今日亦如是发起菩提心。守护戒律之学处，积聚善法，利益有情之三种戒律，如是坚定受持。如十方诸佛，于往昔无量之善逝，发起菩提心，无量誓言，直至成佛亦未舍弃一般，我从今起直至菩提，不顾身命，亦如怙主般守护安住此学处。祈请以智慧之心垂念。愿分别念转为五种智慧，恒常依止并受用。五部佛之行仪，纵舍性命亦不放弃。身语意之金刚，恒常受持不二之行仪。诸佛垂念而宣说之，四种誓言当守护。如持明咒者不违越十四根本堕等，从今起直至无上菩提，我当如法守护。日间与夜间三次，每月初十与二十，以及十五日，当尽力供养。不贪图劣等之物，亦不背弃有情，亦不舍弃轮回，亦不欣乐涅槃。于勇父瑜伽母众，以恭敬承侍供养。我于一切有情，不作轻蔑之事。手印、坐骑、兵器与，标志亦不舍弃。我于三时所修之善，愿虚空边际无尽之有情，皆成无上大乘之法器，皆成金刚持之自性。于一切生生世世中，愿具慧、种姓高贵、无我慢，具大悲心、信敬上师，安住于轮涅俱泯之誓言。金刚铃等恒常 持，证悟甚深广大之法，卡郭舒扎

Herein is explained the mantra of medicine, I pray to the supreme protector. By completely destroying the most extreme non-virtue, may I be liberated from the birth, old age, sickness, and death of demons. In order to abandon the thought of entering Nirvana, I pray to the supreme protector. When Buddhas appear in the world, as the fortunate Bodhisattvas generate the mind of enlightenment, so too do I generate the mind of enlightenment today. I shall uphold the precepts of moral discipline, the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and the three precepts of benefiting sentient beings, steadfastly. Just as the Buddhas of the ten directions, towards the countless Sugatas of the past, generated the mind of enlightenment, and countless vows, which they did not abandon until they attained Buddhahood, so too, from this day forth until enlightenment, without regard for body or life, I shall protect and abide in this precept like a protector. Please consider with your wisdom mind. May conceptual thoughts be transformed into the five wisdoms, may I always rely on and utilize them. The conduct of the five Buddha families, I shall not abandon even for the sake of my life. The vajra of body, speech, and mind, I shall always uphold the indivisible conduct. The four vows spoken with the consideration of the Buddhas, I shall protect. Just as all mantra holders do not transgress the fourteen root downfalls, etc., from this day forth until unsurpassed enlightenment, I shall protect them properly. Three times during the day and night, on the tenth and twentieth of each month, and on the fifteenth day, I shall make offerings to the best of my ability. I shall not desire inferior things, nor turn my back on sentient beings, nor abandon samsara, nor rejoice in Nirvana. To all the heroes and yoginis, I shall serve and honor them with reverence. I shall not despise any sentient beings. I shall not abandon the mudras, mounts, weapons, and symbols. By whatever virtue I have practiced in the three times, may all sentient beings, as infinite as the expanse of space, become vessels of the unsurpassed Great Vehicle, may all become the nature of Vajradhara. In all births and rebirths, may I be intelligent, of noble lineage, without arrogance, possessing great compassion, devoted to the lama, and abide in the vows of the wheel of bliss. May I always hold the vajra bell, etc., realize the profound and vast Dharma, Kakko Shutra.
