In the first chapter: "Endowed with mantra recitation, contemplation, etc., union itself is the wisdom of the ritual." Thus, it is briefly taught. From the very essence of the Bhagavan, without changing into numerous rituals, and the very power of qualities, the wisdom appearance of the ocean of vast conceptualizations of how time and causes function will be shown. This chapter will show the fruits of worldly beings, etc. Furthermore, having received empowerment through the rituals taught in the second and third chapters, like the beginning of the fourth and eighth chapters, focusing on the deity, extracting the fundamental mantras from the fifth, sixth, and seventh chapters, the accomplishment of activities and deeds will be achieved through the preliminary practice and close attainment of the yoga of secret mantra recitation. The activities of the fundamental secret mantras are the means to quickly accomplish actions and siddhis, and what arises from those means. The order is as follows: first, the root mantra, the माला mantra (phreng sngags, Sanskrit: mālā-mantra, माला मन्त्र), the essence, and the offering mantra, these are to be explained in detail. Among them, the pure yogi achieves it merely through the union of contemplation, the mixed yogi through samadhi and mantra, and the impure through the possession of illusion wheels, substances, and mudras. Whatever exists in the three realms is the object to be accomplished, that is, whatever exists in the realm. Everything else, such as offerings and practices appropriate to the lineage, should be viewed in a connected manner. Accomplishment will occur in the instant of completing the कार्य (kārya, action), and all activities will be quickly accomplished in order to please the beings to be tamed, as has been said. If considered from the perspective of the means of accomplishment, the nature of the Bhagavan's fundamental mantra will be shown in the twenty-fifth chapter, while here, the benefits of the secret mantra, the greatness of the fruit, will be shown from the sequence of rituals. All foods are those with five aggregates, and so on. All places of birth are the six realms. Merely remembering is the activity of a yogi who is extremely pure. Enslaving, pacifying, increasing, subduing, and killing are also manifest actions. Causing rain to fall is as stated in the "Definite Expression" and "Vajra Dakini," which shows the activity of consciousness and wisdom. Alternatively, create a wheel of the root mantra. On a mandala cloth or tree bark, draw an image with eight nagas. Surround it with three wheels from the outside, and make ink with poison, salt, mustard, three fevers, and the smoke of a tree from a cemetery. Write the mantras of the heroes and yoginis. In the hearts of the eight nagas, write ཕུ་ཧཱུཾ་ནཱཾ་ཧཱུཾ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning in Chinese）, and in the center write ཧཱུཾ་ཕུ་ནཱཾ་ཧཱུཾ་སརྦ་ནཱ་ག་བཪྵ་མ་ན་ཡ་བྷ་རི་ཤ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning in Chinese）. Strike with mustard seeds, or with flowers offered to Vajradhara, and fumigate with smoke mixed with black gugul incense, reciting the root mantra, and it will be accomplished by fumigating with the smoke of great meat. The action is that others do to me, the five-faced Garuda Heruka who suppresses the eight nagas. ༄། །Meditate and recite. When signs appear, contemplate being in the middle of the great ocean, and contemplate having the splendor of twelve suns, and it will be accomplished without being devoured by demons.
