Chapter Twelve: Explanation of the Ritual Procedures for the Karma of Near-Heart. Chapter Twelve: Explanation of the Ritual Procedures for the Karma of Near-Heart. Having explained the substances of accomplishment, now I will explain the near-heart. From what is said, such as, "Then the near-heart is," the near-heart is the near-heart of the Dharmakaya. "Accomplishing all siddhis" means that one will definitely obtain the three siddhis. "Whatever is slightly in the three worlds" refers to all the qualities of the three realms. "Explaining that all of them can be accomplished in an instant" means that it is accomplishment because it possesses the three: mantra, mandala, and tantra. "Oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ" is the recitation and also shows the wheel. The recitation is to be done by meditating on the four-faced, twelve-armed deity, or by reciting after meditating on oneself as the deity of the seven syllables. The wheel is drawn on a cloth from the charnel ground, on top of a lunar mandala, draw a six-petaled lotus. Place (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,Hum,seed syllable) in the center, and place the remainder on the six petals, surrounded by a garland of vajras. It should be written with nail polish from the charnel ground, bezoar, and one's own semen. After writing, reciting the ten-syllable mantra will cause signs to appear that shake the earth of the three worlds. When such signs appear, at the time of applying it to the work, take red sandalwood powder, a neck cord, and soil from both sides of a river, and make images of deities, etc. Place the wheel in its heart and recite the mantra, then everything from the deities to humans or non-humans can be summoned. "Drying up the ocean, rivers, and lakes, etc." means that, as previously explained, in the center of the eight nagas, meditate on Heruka with the face of a garuda, place the six-spoked seven-syllable wheel in all the pores of the hair, meditate on a mass of light rays like the burning fire of the eon, enter the ocean and rivers and dry them up. "Wherever the place of recitation is" means that wherever the seven-syllable wheel is meditated upon, make an image of a dakini there, perform summoning the dakini, etc., and then insert the ring finger of the left hand into her eye to summon her.

Whatever moves and changes, and whatever is commanded to the practitioners at the gate, will happen. This is called "completely reciting in water," which means drawing the seven-syllable wheel in the center of a vase, reciting the mantra and making offerings, then dissolving it in water. If you wash your eyes with it, you will know seven lifetimes. The so-called "life is exhausted" refers to when death will occur, and that even life will appear. Draw the seven-syllable wheel on the ring finger of the left hand, then mix Anjana powder, the tattered cloth from the cemetery, and the five ambrosias, apply it to the eyes and praise it, then everything that is seen will appear. The so-called "human corpse" refers to mixing the skin of the sole of a human corpse's foot with human blood, putting it into an owl's feather quill, and then mixing oakmoss, musk, bezoar, saffron, and one's own blood, making it into a pill, and wrapping it with three metals: gold, silver, and copper. The so-called "further abide" means blessing it with Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), reciting the seven syllables one thousand and eight times, and at the time of the Krittika constellation and Thursday, drawing a picture of glorious Heruka in the cemetery, fumigating it with Gugul incense and making offerings, then placing oneself in the state of contemplating glorious Heruka, covering the mouth with the left hand, following behind it, and again reciting the seven syllables one hundred and eight times, then under its guidance, one will become invisible to those who act, and even the shadow will not appear to those who act underground, and even the gods who travel in the sky will not be able to see. If it is spoken from the mouth, it will appear. This pill was spoken by the hero himself out of compassion in this tantra, not requested by the sow. Clean the enemy's skull, draw a picture of the enemy, and draw the seven-syllable wheel in its heart, recite the heart mantra and the near heart mantra, and if you smear it with the blood of your ring finger, you will be able to draw its blood. The so-called "reciting on bezoar" means reciting the seven syllables on bezoar, then applying a tilaka on the forehead, drawing the seven-syllable wheel on both eyes, then everything that is seen will be controlled and attracted. The so-called "on the finger" refers to
