Rough, meaning rough and with rough limbs, is called "Independent Mother," delighting in arguments. Reddish-yellow hair, meaning having reddish-yellow curly hair, without color. Common to all accomplishments, meaning, in order to attain liberation, following all virtuous friends. These are the characteristics of "Remembrance." Possessing integrity, meaning the yogini. Messengers and so forth together with the place. Place, meaning completely abiding, to be assimilated and possessed as much as possible. Which ones? The twenty-four supreme dakinis. This means that others abiding in this place are also included. Therefore, they completely pervade these places without exception. If one finds such a one, one should offer extreme worship. Such a one bestows supreme enjoyment and the fruit of liberation, meaning, it will bestow all the enjoyments and the supreme fruit of liberation to the practitioner. The root mantra should be recited constantly. Because it protects the mind from all afflictions, it is a mantra. Like this, it is non-dual wisdom. That which is completely pure is the root mantra. Reciting it means for the practitioner who can accomplish all desired things. Because it is desired, it is desire. Like this, it is the vajra that accomplishes all the affairs of sentient beings.
