Chapter Two: Difficult Explanations of the Wheel Offering Ritual. Chapter Two: Difficult Explanations of the Wheel Offering Ritual. Now, in order to indicate the place for drawing the mandala, it is said, "There, heavy objects should not fall," and so on. The phrase "acting in the charnel ground" means that wherever the mandala is drawn, one should contemplate it as being like a great charnel ground. The phrase "ashes of cremation," and so on, refers to the function of colors. The phrase "endowed with all characteristics" means endowed with the characteristics of a teacher. The phrase "truly knowing" means that individual appearances arise. The term "tantra" means being skilled in all the meanings of the tantras. Or, it refers to the time of the secret empowerment that possesses the union of vajra and lotus. The phrase "Glorious Blood-Drinker knows secret mantras" means having previously practiced the approach and possessing the characteristics of a teacher, such as being without hesitation, without anger, and so on. The phrase "of skulls," and so on, means that the signs to be done as limbs will become common characteristics, and in this way, it shows the great mudra endowed with six seals. The phrase "one segment adorns the crown" shows that there is a skull garland. This itself explains that the unique skull is supreme. In all the tantras, the characteristics of the great mudra, and so on, are shown in a confusing manner. That should be fully practiced completely according to the order as it is through the guru's instructions. Therefore, the intelligent one, having made himself the glorious Heruka, speaks, and after that, "Glorious Heruka should be remembered," which means that the arrangement of the mandala should be universally practiced. Therefore, it is said, "This wheel is placed in the heart." Having thus allocated oneself, the phrase "The walls are placed in the directions" means that after reciting the vows of Āli and Kālī, one should arrange the walls of hatred, the walls of desire, and the walls of delusion. Later, the time when the piling of houses and so on is completed is the stone.

It means that the throne mandala, the lotus mandala, and the wheel mandala should be arranged. After such arrangement is properly done, weapons should also be arranged below. It means that until the end of the earth, the foundation should be as stable as the vajra nature. The nature of the wheel, weapons are equal. It means to abide in the wheel, and similarly arrange with the net of self-nature weapons. Above is the arrow net, meaning the arrow net is above the vajra, and the arrow net should be arranged above in this way. Also, self-nature means that after the wisdom hero enters, it is placed in the palace, and the net and so on should be displayed. Thus, etc., it shows that when drawing the mandala, the practitioner should be fearless. Adorned with mantras and mudras. It means together with the outer goddess who is good at learning and proficient. Accomplishments, etc., are easy to understand. Thereafter, etc., means to be used for drawing the lines of the mandala. The supreme net of dakinis. It means all who abide in the three wheels. Offering means to make offerings or give alms. Or, it means that until the end of the vajra chain on the forehead, the eyebrows show a different appearance and separation. Decorated with a chain of fifty human skulls dripping with blood. Its front position, etc., clearly shows Vajravarahi. Extremely terrifying, facing the great power.
