Chapter Thirty-one. Explanation of the Mudra Rituals for Food, Homa, and Torma Activities. Chapter Thirty-one. Explanation of the Mudra Rituals for Food, Homa, and Torma Activities. "With great meat, etc." means to perform the homa as before, transforming as previously described. The so-called "Vajra-born is said" means that it is said to be infallible. The so-called "This is the terror of all the wicked, said to be incomparable" means that this homa of great meat is terrifying and destructive to all the wicked who harm the Three Jewels, therefore it is incomparable, because this ritual is more powerful than other rituals. The so-called "one with a copper crest" refers to a house bird. Similarly, what will happen if one enjoys dogs, etc., according to the ritual? "Without remainder, without omission, all is accomplished, all kingdoms are greatly accomplished." The so-called accomplishment without remainder refers to the accomplishment of siddhis such as swords. Without omission refers to the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. All kingdoms refers to the kingdom without remainder. These dogs, etc., can only be done when they themselves die, otherwise it will be doing a great sin. Others think that those who want to do sinful deeds, those who are difficult to heal, those who are killed by themselves, etc. Even the suchness of selflessness will not fall into the ten non-virtuous deeds, because it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "The path of the ten virtuous deeds is abandoning the wisdom of desire." It is also said: "I endure my own suffering, take the suffering of others, even if I fall into the Avici hell, I will do the benefit of beings." Therefore, having great compassion, directly realizing the suchness of selflessness, even if one practices the ten non-virtuous deeds for the benefit of beings, one will not fall. Shantarakshita also said that even the path of the ten non-virtuous deeds of bodhisattvas who have skillful means and wisdom can obtain special results, because a special gathering produces a special result, which comes from the difference in intention.

Therefore, it is not possible to say "it is not like this" for all terms. For example, those who are not yogis and do not know the true nature of poison, but eat poison, will experience the cause of death; while yogis who truly know the true nature of poison know that it will become nectar itself by relying on the special method of transforming that substance into essence. Similarly, what contradiction is there in these ten non-virtues producing special results for those who have a mind that is inseparable from emptiness and compassion, who do not care about their own happiness, and who are very afraid of the suffering of others? For example, the violent one burned the triple city, the army of Vishnu destroyed eighteen Akṣohis, and the naked ascetics, knowing that they would die from merely touching tiny creatures, still taught their students about the life that arose from their dwellings, and any other sages whose minds were burned by the fire of anger, with the fire of curses, burned the king and his fourfold army, and killing heretics, etc., would produce suffering such as hell. These non-virtues arise because attachment to self and mine is the cause that precedes them. Because if there is a self, then the concept of others will arise, and from the attachment to the distinction between self and others, hatred will arise. It is said that these two are interconnected and will cause all afflictions to increase. Therefore, for those who dwell in the six realms, who have unbearable and unbearable feelings of the lower realms of all beings, who have great compassion without cause, and who are extremely accustomed to meditating on selflessness, and therefore always have a mind that is free from defilement, even the ten non-virtues will not cause them to fall. As it is said, "There is no fault in a virtuous mind." The venerable Āryadeva also said, "The conceptual thoughts of a Bodhisattva, whether virtuous or non-virtuous, all become virtuous, because
