Chapter Twenty-Seven: Explanation of Conduct, Asceticism, Offerings, and Torma Rituals. Chapter Twenty-Seven: Explanation of Conduct, Asceticism, Offerings, and Torma Rituals. "Messengers possess form and characteristics, Abiding well in all places." This means that the three Yoginis also appear in various places as messengers with perfect form and characteristics, according to Kongkana Acharya. Kalsang Drakpa believes that the Yoginis themselves appear in various places as messengers with perfect form and characteristics. "Messengers are like the edge of a sword." This means that the female messengers are difficult to show, like the edge of a sword, according to Kongkana Acharya. Kalsang Drakpa believes that one should always be in fear and abide in Samadhi to rely on them. Regarding this, the sutra says: "Thus, the messengers are well assembled." Thus, it means that messengers and female messengers are always assembled and mixed. "Without recitation, offering, and meditation, one will quickly achieve accomplishment." This means that one can achieve accomplishment in this very life. Recitation refers to reciting mantras such as Hum Offering refers to offering to the deities with the five offerings. Meditation refers to meditating on the wheel of the mandala, etc. If the perfect Buddha relies on these to achieve accomplishment, then one can achieve accomplishment even without them. This shows that the nature of assembling and relying on the female messenger is great. There is no offering more excellent than this. This means that there is no offering more pleasing to the deities than assembling with the female messenger. Thus, it is the definitive conclusion of the scriptures. This means that the teachings stated in this way are the definitive conclusions of the Great Vehicle Yoga Tantra and the Yogini Tantra, and are unchangeable. One should always enjoy food. This means that one should wholeheartedly enjoy food as in the ritual, and even enjoying it once can accomplish the desired purpose. Always means indicating every day. Therefore, enjoying food is the trustworthy female messenger.

It should be enjoyed by the Sangha and practitioners, which is the definite statement regarding the food ritual of practitioners. "Being equally established" means that for those yogis who are extremely indulgent and arrogant, and not equally established, they will never be able to gain hope in their hearts. "All lineages" means that for all lineages arising from the Akshobhya Buddha and others, one should enjoy food and so on, which is the thought of the fortunate ones. "One should not discriminate about food either" means that one should not discriminate between what is edible and inedible, what is to be enjoyed and not enjoyed. Because the power of jewels, mantras, and medicines is inconceivable, one should first always practice the five ambrosias according to the instructions of the guru's oral teachings. If someone does not abide by the vows and also hinders others, and is overwhelmed by their own ignorance, then destroy that evil person. If someone does not please the guru, does not rely on vows, and does not abide in a pleasing place, then all of these are called animals. That is how it is said. "That is inseparable from this" means that by relying on vows, one does not discriminate in that itself, and therefore becomes inseparable. "Two siddhis" refers to worldly and transcendental siddhis. "When practicing the accomplishment ritual, the only one is the messenger" means that the yoga of glorious Heruka alone is the most supreme, which is being shown. Alternatively, when practicing accomplishment, some believe that that alone is the most supreme yoga, at that time one should strongly urge the messenger girl as the yogini, and one will be close to accomplishment, which is the view of the venerable Kongkana. The fortunate one says, "When practicing the accomplishment ritual, the only one is the messenger," which means that the Bodhisattva messengers of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment will give accomplishment to the practitioner, which is their view. "Having obtained through the lineage of gurus, due to the empowerment, the mantra is well endowed, it is also truly said among the messengers," means that having obtained empowerment from the lineage of the guru's succession, therefore, when one is well endowed with the mantra, then it is truly declared among the messenger girls.
