Chapter Two: Explanation of the Wheel Offering Ritual. Chapter Two: Explanation of the Wheel Offering Ritual. Here, the ritual for explaining the mandala is described with phrases such as "not falling due to gravity." As it is said: Those who do not have their own Huni, the rituals of their actions, In those general tantras, the wise should show the rituals that are explained. Because it is said, here we should look for the rituals explained in the general tantras. The rituals explained in the general tantras have already been described in the mandala ritual, so I have not written them here. "Not falling to the ground due to gravity" refers to Vairochana, because it is for applying ashes from the charnel ground and so on. "Practicing in the charnel ground" refers to places where corpses are burned, such as mountain caves, which are called charnel grounds. The phrases "ashes of burned corpses" and so on are easy to understand. "The teacher possessing excellent qualities" means possessing faith, wisdom, and compassion; being proficient in bird language (བྱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་,梵文天城体:kāraṇa,梵文罗马拟音:karana,汉语字面意思:cause, method); being skilled in poetry, rhythm, and composition; being versed in astrology; being proficient in epistemology and the Vedas; being knowledgeable in stories; being skilled in legal codes; understanding the words of speech; knowing various scripts; knowing the languages of various regions; being skilled in the characteristics of gold, precious jewels, women, men, elephants, and horses; being proficient in questioning, drawing, singing, music, dancing, various weapon techniques, medicine, dice games, illusion, planting trees, alchemy, and the code of weights; being versed in thoughts and symbols, etc.; possessing crafts such as cutting nails; knowing the teachings of desire; possessing wisdom and retentive memory; having virtuous friends; being eloquent; having unobstructed speech; being skilled in various methods; always being joyful; being able to endure suffering; having respect for the guru, yogini, vows, and the Three Jewels; delighting in the ten perfections; being without fear, shame, and timidity; being skilled in various activities such as consecration, fire offerings, and mandalas; not despising the guru; not transgressing the teachings of the Sugata; not speaking of the faults of fellow practitioners due to delusion; and not abandoning great compassion.

And, abandoning the mind of enlightenment, slandering the true Dharma, proclaiming secrets, slandering the five aggregates, doubting the Mahayana, loving the malicious, contemplating evil doctrines, abandoning those with faith, not relying on those who have obtained samaya, and slandering women, this is said to be the severance of the root downfalls, and is called a Vajra Acharya. The most excellent of virtues that are spoken of are things such as "true wisdom." It is said that a yogi who is free from all faults and adorned with all virtues is capable of drawing mandalas and so on. Among these, true wisdom is when the opposite of wisdom, such as wrong knowledge, destroys all the faculties of all beings, which is a fault. Virtue is true wisdom and so on, which is what the noble ones learn and repeatedly practice, and that is true wisdom. To realize the true meaning as it is, without inversion, is non-inversion. To realize the true meaning as it is, is called true wisdom. That is also to be separated from all conceptualizations such as things and non-things, the source of supreme bliss and holiness, characterized by remote knowledge, and to realize the meaning of the distinctions that appear separately as they are, so the teacher says. Kalden Drakpa is that the distinction between the imagined, the dependent, and the perfectly established, which are separated from all meanings of things such as true and untrue, and the meaning of the distinctions that appear falsely, are realized as they are, is true wisdom, and it is believed that there is no inversion in the manifestation of attachment to the true meaning, such as the aspect of supreme bliss. If one understands what the yoga wisdom that arises from the culmination of the practice of the true meaning is like, then all things are false, and that is the true meaning, so there is no fault. The so-called tantra refers to being skilled in the Vajra words of glorious Chakrasamvara and so on. The so-called "Glorious Blood-Drinking Secret Mantra Wisdom" refers to relying on the essence and near essence and so on.
