宣说者，薄伽梵对秘密主金刚手宣说了。因此，谁不认识第一位圣者佛，他就不认识名号的正确宣说。谁不认识名号的正确宣说，他就不认识金刚持的智慧身。谁不认识金刚持的智慧身，他就不认识密咒的乘，因为所有这些都脱离了金刚持的道路，是轮回者。如同黄金与水银混合，互相完全拥抱，第一位圣者佛与名号的正确宣说是最殊胜的。如同娑罗树上的蔓藤，以上师的教言紧紧缠绕，请圣者们接受。意义深奥，意义广大，意义重大，无与伦比，极其寂静，初始、中间和结尾都是善的，过去的佛陀们宣说了，未来的佛陀们也将宣说，现在出现的圆满佛陀，反复宣说的是什么呢？从大续幻化网中，伟大的金刚持，持明密咒者，按照无数的教言，歌唱的是什么，在这里宣说，为了现证，我做了这个修持的方法。愿以此善，所有众生，消除一切无知和疑惑，迅速获得智慧身。圣妙吉祥真实名经的现证，菩萨摩诃萨大悲观世音所造，圆满结束。 第三十，祈请诸神返回以及十二清净的决定。

The speaker, the Bhagavan, declared it to the secret lord Vajrapani. Therefore, whoever does not know the first holy Buddha does not know the correct utterance of names. Whoever does not know the correct utterance of names does not know the wisdom body of Vajradhara. Whoever does not know the wisdom body of Vajradhara does not know the vehicle of secret mantras, because all of these are separated from the path of Vajradhara and are samsaric beings. Like gold mixed with mercury, mutually embracing completely, the first holy Buddha and the correct utterance of names are the most excellent. Like vines on a sal tree, tightly entwined by the guru's teachings, may the holy ones accept it. Meaning profound, meaning vast, meaning great, incomparable, utterly peaceful, good in the beginning, middle, and end, the Buddhas of the past have spoken, the Buddhas of the future will also speak, and what do the perfect Buddhas who appear now repeatedly speak? From the great tantra, the net of illusion, the great Vajradhara, the holder of secret mantras, according to the teachings of the immeasurable ones, what is sung is declared here, for the sake of realization, I have done this method of practice. May all beings, through this virtue, eliminate all ignorance and doubt, and quickly attain the wisdom body. The realization of the Noble Manjushri's True Name, made by the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, is completed.
