Give that four-fold torma, make aspirations and practice conduct. Constantly meditate on the four sessions of yoga. With that order of rituals, the four hands are the purity of completely overcoming the four maras, arising from the form and body color and Hum mentioned above. In the first of the left hands, a skull filled with the blood of gods and demigods. Similarly, in the right hand, a vajra, and the remaining two hands embrace the wisdom mother. The wisdom mother Vajravarahi is the form of the Bhagavan. Its mantra is: Om Jwala Jwala Bhayo Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Six-armed, three-faced, the left red, the right like the moon and sun, the first blue. Naked, the body color and form mentioned above. The hands are the perfections completely purified.
