ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏི་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ནཱ་མ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་སྟྭཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ལ། དཔལ་གྱི་སྒྲ་དང་བཅས་པ་པདྨའི་མཐར་ཐུགས་པས་མིང་གིས་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ། །འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉིད། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དཔལ་ཕྱག་ན་བསྣམས། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བཅང༌། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དཔལ་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་བརྟན། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་རྩེ་མོ་ནས་སློབ་མ་འཛིན་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་དོ། །ཨོཾ་སརྦྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་ཨེ་ཥ་སྟྭཾ་དྷ་ར་ཡ་མི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོཿ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ལ། ལག་པ་གཡས་པར་རྡོ་རྗེ་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཀྱི་དབང་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །ཨ་ལས་བྷནྦྷར་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་ལས་གྲི་གུག་དུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམས་ལ། འདི་སྐད་བརྗོད་དེ། ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ནི་ཌ་མ་རུ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་རྡོ་རྗེར་བཅས། །དྲིལ་བུ་སིལ་སིལ་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་ཤིང༌། །ཚངས་པའི་སྐུད་ཐོགས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག །གྲི་གུག་དང་ནི་ཀ་པཱ་ལ། །དཔལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོས་བླང་བར་གྱིས། །གྲི་གུག་དང་ཐོད་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བའོ། །དེ་རྣམས་དང་ལྡན་པས་སློབ་མ་ལ་ཞི་བ་དང༌། རྒྱས་པ་དང༌། དབང་དང༌། དྲག་པོ་དང༌། རེངས་པ་དང༌། བསྐྲད་པ་དང༌། རྨོངས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང༌། གསང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེ་རྣམས་ལ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱོས་ཤིག་ཅེས་པ་དང༌། མཆིལ་ལྷམ་བགོ་བ་དང༌། ཆར་དབབ་པ་དང༌། ཉི་ཟླ་གཟུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅི་དགའ་བར་སྒྲུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བརྗོད་པ་དེ་ནི་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་སྦྱིན་པའོ། །མེ་ཏོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས་གྲི་གུག་དང་ཐོད་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ཡན་ཆད་ཀྱིས་ནི་ལུས་དག་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་པས་ན་སྐུའི་དབང་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །འབྲས་བུ་ནི་གང་དང་སྐལ་བ་མཉམ་པ་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། ས་བརྒྱད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་སྐལ་པ་མཉམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། ། སྐུའི་དབང་།

嗡，吉祥黑汝嘎，你是主宰，我授予你灌顶，吉祥黑汝嘎之名，你已获得灌顶。说完后，以吉祥之音，以莲花之末，以意念，以名号进行灌顶。此乃一切佛。吉祥黑汝嘎手持。你也应恒常持有。吉祥黑汝嘎，苦行坚固。从金刚杵尖端，让弟子持握，并念诵此咒：嗡，萨尔瓦，达塔嘎达，谛叉，瓦吉拉，萨玛雅，谛叉，诶叉，斯瓦姆，达拉雅米，吽，哈，哈，哈，哈，吼。说完后，于右手上，给予金刚苦行之灌顶。观想阿字化为班杂尔，观想嗡字化为弯刀，并说：黑汝嘎，吉祥黑汝嘎。瑜伽母乃是达玛茹。金刚卡章嘎与金刚同在。铃铛发出细微之声。手持梵天之线，瑜伽之主。弯刀与卡帕拉。以大吉祥接受。弯刀与颅骨之灌顶。与彼等相应，对弟子行息灾，增益，怀爱，降伏，僵直，驱逐，迷惑，秘密等，于彼等无碍地成办。穿鞋，降雨，执持日月等，随心所欲地成办空行母之成就。如是说，即是给予随许。从鲜花等开始，直至弯刀与颅骨之灌顶为止，能令身体清净，故称为身之灌顶。果报是与何者同等呢？与第八地之菩萨同等。

Oṃ śrī heruka adhipati stvaṃ abhiṣiñca mi śrī heruka nāma abhiṣeka ta stvaṃ. Having said this, with the sound of auspiciousness, with the end of the lotus, with mindfulness, the empowerment is given by name. This is all the Buddhas. Heruka, the glorious one, holds in his hand. You too should always hold it. Heruka, the glorious one, steadfast in asceticism. From the tip of the vajra, have the disciple hold it, and recite this mantra: Oṃ sarva tathāgata tiṣṭha vajra samaya tiṣṭha eṣa stvaṃ dhāraya mi hūṃ ha ha ha ha hoḥ. Having said this, the empowerment of the vajra ascetic is bestowed on the right hand. Meditate on A transforming into a bhaṃra, and meditate on Oṃ transforming into a curved knife, and say this: Heruka, glorious Heruka. The yogini is a ḍamaru. Vajra khaṭvāṃga together with the vajra. The bell rings with a tinkling sound. Holding the Brahma cord, the lord of yoga. Curved knife and kapāla. Take it with great glory. The empowerment of the curved knife and skull. Being endowed with these, perform pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, wrathful, stiffening, expelling, bewildering, secret, etc. for the disciple, accomplishing them without hindrance. Wearing shoes, causing rain, holding the sun and moon, etc., accomplish all the siddhis of the ḍākinīs as you please. Saying this is the bestowal of permission. From flowers etc. up to the empowerment of the curved knife and skull, it purifies the body, therefore it is called the body empowerment. What is the fruit equal to? It is equal to the bodhisattva of the eighth bhūmi.
