Third, the chapter on deities. Third, the chapter on deities. Then, the chapter on deities will be explained. Deities are those that arise from the body and enjoy bliss. They are called deities because of their constant and peaceful nature. There are two sequences: explaining the second mudra and combining it with other practices. Within the explanation, there are two: generating the solitary hero and the wheel of the mandala. Among them, the solitary hero is generated by a practitioner who is complete and endowed with excellence. From one's own heart and so on, with a single verse, from the rays of light of the seed of yoga according to one's own inclination, and so on, starting from the protection of the place. All the sequences of actions, up to the blessing of the offerings, are performed as before. Then, in the sky, offerings are made with half and four verses to the lord and others, and then confession and so on should also be done. Why meditate on deities without accumulating merit? Because without prior causes and conditions, it will not arise. For example, to generate a green sprout, it will not arise without the seed as the immediate cause, and water, fertilizer, and temperature as the contributing conditions. Similarly, it is necessary to accumulate two accumulations: the accumulation of merit as the cause and the accumulation of wisdom as the condition. To accumulate the accumulation of merit, it is also necessary to transform the field, which has four methods: transformation residing in the heart, clear manifestation of the arrangement, naturally abiding, and invitation. Here, it is invitation, that is, the sixteen-armed Heruka surrounded by eight goddesses. To this, offerings are made with outer, inner, and secret suchness. Outer offerings are incense and flowers, and so on. Inner offerings are made by the eight goddesses. "White Mother holds the mark of the mountain hare." This means holding a skull cup filled with bodhichitta in the hand. This is to simplify the words of the tantra. The hand, as well as the vessel, and holding, can be applied to both above and below. Victory over Mara is self-born blood. Water is urine. Medicine is feces. Vajra is great flesh. Taste is honey, symbolizing alcohol. Cymbals are outer offerings. Great desire, attachment, is the secret offering. Great desire is the main deity, attachment is the consort, that is, the consort embraces from the neck. This is gathering all the goddesses to be offered into the main deity. Offer

The goddesses of action are gathered into the Yungmo. Or, following desire, or gathering the offering goddesses into oneself, the Yungmo offers in a manner that entwines with the wind. At that time, experiencing the taste of bliss is the true offering. Before that, perform the seven-branch purification, as it is said: Offer to the Guru Vajradhara, the seven branches are completely purified. Thus it is said. After that, first, increase the gathering with one verse of loving-kindness, etc. The first two lines empower the accumulation of merit, and the last two lines are necessary to empower the accumulation of wisdom. The definite word is that the cause is immeasurable, or the result is immeasurable. The definite order of distinction is the order of arising. Loving-kindness arises from having compassion, so combine it in that way. The object of focus is the good and bad destinies, the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, and combine them in order from sentient beings to Buddhas. The means of practice is divided into nine types of large, medium, and small. First, loving-kindness refers to something like a close friend, and loving-kindness arises for the one who is cherished in one's heart. Similarly, combine the three types of relatives, upper, middle, and lower. Also, practice on all sentient beings with the three types of ordinary people, upper, middle, and lower, and the three types of enemies, upper, middle, and lower. Also, in the same way, practice on the above with the nine types of great, medium, and small sufferings, and the nine types of uncontaminated, unsurpassed bliss, upper, middle, and lower. Equanimity is to practice as a vessel of joy, or to practice without an object of focus. Emptiness and mantra together accumulate the accumulation of wisdom, or are held by the mind of emptiness and enlightenment. After the accumulation of wisdom, there is nothing empty in front of oneself, is it emptiness? By making the Dharma empty with one's own discrimination, one's own body appears like an ordinary person. The sun wheel, etc., in front, establish the support with two verses. From the syllable Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Meaning: Ram) arises the sun wheel, from the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum) arises the multicolored vajra, marked with the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum). From that, light radiates, binding a tent in all directions above oneself, called a canopy. The ground below is also a vajra base. The source of Dharma, it is okay to practice or not to practice. That
