Thinking that it should not be done that way. Therefore, it is said, "To be relied upon," and so on. "To be relied upon" means that which is worthy of reliance, referring to what is suitable and permissible. Apart from that, the pure aspects of the various goddesses are also proclaimed, such as "form aggregate," and so on. In "by purity," the phrase "should be fully understood" is superfluous. It is stated by itself, "That itself is the definite accomplishment of yoga," and so on. "The powerful one," and so on, indicates the external order. Then, if Gauri is mentioned in the internal order, how is it also shown in the external order? Therefore, it is said, "External order," and so on. The other, that is, the name is the same, but it is meant that the nature of these two is different. "These two goddesses" means becoming two goddesses, meaning that through the distinction of the two, the goddess can be fully understood. Also, since the purity of form, etc., has not been proclaimed, it is proclaimed as "form," and so on. These six are the purity of the six objects. "Hands, etc.," and so on, proclaims the sixteen hands, the pure aspects of the hands of Hevajra, etc., that is, the very nature of the purity of the sixteen hands is the sixteen emptinesses. The four feet mean subduing the four maras. Faces refer to the various faces. The three vajras are the distinctions of body, speech, and mind vajra. The purity of earth, etc., refers to Pukkasīla, etc. "Hatred," and so on, where "possessing a wheel" refers to the mistress of the wheel. The purity of hatred and other afflictions and near afflictions refers to the five such as the selflessness mother. It is stated by itself, "Hatred, etc., perform various combinations." This refers to the five such as the selflessness mother. Aggregate refers to the remaining five form aggregates and the meaning of the five such as the eye. The purity of the mind faculty also refers to the selflessness mother. Thus, after proclaiming various purities in the aspect of the generation stage, in the completion stage it is proclaimed that they become one taste, that is, "by what," and so on, meaning, by what, that is, by form, etc., the world is bound, by that itself, one is freed from bondage.

It is thought that they are bound by the gods of play and so on. How are those worldly people bound? It is said: "The world" and so on. Not knowing that Suchness, one will cling to the unreal duality. Not knowing is not knowing that Suchness, it is not knowing the non-dual reality. Abandoning that Suchness is not cultivating the ultimate truth. Accomplishment is liberation, but it cannot be obtained. At that time, how will you be liberated? It is said: Therefore, and so on. Because it is of a pure nature, therefore, duality is merely a manifestation, and beings thus know and see. How is it? It is said: and so on, the six objects are not thought of or conceived. The so-called "mind," the mind is the six consciousnesses that hold, and it is also non-clinging. At that time, how does it appear to you? It means: completely pure, self-aware, blissful, infinite, and without appearance. If it is said that it is not completely pure, because the senses arise falsely. It is said: everything is completely pure, meaning that I do not cling to the six senses either. Even so, beings are the seen, and you are the seer, appearing as duality, how is it completely pure? It is said: beings and so on. It means that beings truly see the pure nature. It is thought that: with the infinite and formless, luminous nature, I myself appear as the nature of all beings. In this way, by cultivating that Suchness, one will be liberated from bondage, these are superfluous words. The chapter that makes complete purity manifest is the chapter of complete purity. In the "Difficult Explanation of Hevajra Tantra: Garland of Pearls," the explanation of the ninth chapter is completed. Ninth Chapter, Explanation of the Chapter of Complete Purity.
