Fourth, Explanation of the Empowerment Chapter. Fourth, Explanation of the Empowerment Chapter. Now, after explicitly stating the three vajras through the three chapters such as the Vajra Family chapter, it is said that the fourth empowerment chapter, which is inseparable from them, will be explained. Empowerment is all-encompassing, that is, it is pure by being free from obscurations, and it makes one stainless. The empowerment by the deities is the empowerment by the deities. Also, Paṭa (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: पट, Sanskrit Romanization: paṭa, Chinese literal meaning: covering) is covering, therefore, it is the chapter of deity empowerment because it takes and holds it. It should be explained, it should be well taught. From one's own heart, the black rays emanating from one's own seed syllable, in the form of an iron hook, invite all the Buddhas residing in the three realms, and after offering correctly to the eight mothers, one should pray. "From one's own heart" means in the heart of the deity who is inseparable from the wisdom mandala and the samaya mandala, one's own seed syllable is the syllable Hūṃ, and the seed syllable is completely transformed into a vajra. From the center of it, emanating and expanding, the black rays in the form of an iron hook, the nature that represents something like a threatening gesture, the nature that is to be represented, invite and summon all the Buddhas residing in the three realms, and the eight mothers, the eight yoginis, offer correctly, such as the lute mother and the flute mother, and after offering correctly, follow and pursue, and one should pray. Or, "from one's own heart" means when inviting into the heart by summarizing, "The yogi transforms into the nature of hatred." This means in the heart of the deity who is complete in the nature of Akshobhya, the black rays emanating from one's own seed syllable, which is the nature of the syllable Hūṃ, emanating from Vajradhara, is the luminous wisdom of the nature of Akshobhya that expands. The form of the rays as an iron hook, that is, the fifteen dakinis from the syllable Ā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A) to the syllable Aṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am). For the realization of them, Aṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am) is a hook. That is also the nature of the selflessness mother, and that which is inseparable from Vajradhara and selflessness, the three realms are the body, speech, and mind that reside in the three realms. Residing there is the master of it.

You invite and gather the five Tathagatas, the embodiment of the five wisdoms such as the mirror-like wisdom that abides in reality. The eight mothers, namely, the five such as Gauri, are the five realms, and the three such as Shavari are the three vajras. These also produce like a mother, because grasping manifests attachment, and the grasper is close to observation. Both should be purified by the form of deities, for the sake of being free from obscurations. Offer correctly, correctly. Having made offerings, this itself is called a correct offering, which is to enter thoroughly without attachment to the senses and objects. When making requests, "Ya'o" is similar to following, and the request is fulfilled by similarity, and the nature of the protector should be made the basis. This means that there is no difference between the Tathagatas and the Dakinis. How should one make requests? Therefore, it is said: "Abhiṣiñcatu mī sarva tathāgatāḥ" (藏文,अभिषिञ्चतु मी सर्व तथागताः,Abhishincatu mi sarva tathāgatāḥ,愿一切如来为我灌顶), which means to be extremely pure in every way, and in the nature of the Dharmadhatu, please ask the Tathagatas to do it for us. Or, please grant me empowerment. Please ask all the Tathagatas who have attained immaculate wisdom to do it for me, which means Vajradhara, who is inseparable from all the Tathagatas. Those Buddhas, in the form of Heruka, should empower with the vases filled with the five nectars of the nature of the five Tathagatas. Those Buddhas, in the form of Heruka, are to be shown closely, otherwise, the deity to be meditated upon should be viewed in the form of that deity. The nature of the five Tathagatas, the vases accomplished as the five nectars, are to be empowered, smeared, and bathed. Or, the nature of the five wisdoms, such as the mirror-like wisdom, is the nature of non-duality in the form of Heruka. Therefore, by the nature of the five wisdoms that have become the five nectars, that itself is the five nectars. With those vases, with the wisdom of bliss of "Kam", and with "Lashava" for playfulness.
