愿殊胜不变的四喜圆满，获得自性不变的遍空之境。在尚未获得此境之前，三学、三戒和誓言，永不衰退，福田增长，一切善资圆满增长。为了利益他人，以广大的福德资粮和不变的安乐增长智慧资粮，愿成就殊胜道的违缘消除，顺缘一切自然成就。圆满成就的父母本尊、中观的父母本尊、般若波罗蜜多的父母本尊、胜义的父母本尊，从所有本尊的形象到一切智智，具备一切形象和无有形象。如梦幻、如幻术、如八种譬喻，各自是自证智慧的行境。普贤王如来，具足一切权能，具有无上的知、悲、力、势和事业。例如超越一切的鸟儿遍布虚空，愿从本初恒常安住的加持，以及这些形象身的加持，愿此殊胜的祈愿之王得以成就。愿利益一切有情众生。吉祥圆满！ (此版本仅为瞻塘版本。) 马头明王极密忿怒尊及其眷属的赞颂 目录 顶礼并祈请至尊咕噜仁波切，名为“善妙生源”的祈请文。

May the supreme and unchanging four joys be perfected, and may the state of self-nature, unchanging and all-pervading, be attained. Until that state is attained, may the three trainings, the three vows, and all samayas never decline, may the fields of merit increase, and may all accumulations of virtue fully expand. For the benefit of others, through the great accumulation of merit and the unchanging bliss and expanding wisdom accumulation, may obstacles to achieving the supreme path be eliminated, and may all favorable conditions be spontaneously accomplished. The perfectly accomplished father-mother deities, the Madhyamaka father-mother deities, the Prajnaparamita father-mother deities, and the ultimate truth father-mother deities, from the forms of all the deities to omniscience, possessing all forms and without form. Like dreams, illusions, and the eight similes, each is the domain of self-aware wisdom. Samantabhadra, possessing all powers, having supreme knowledge, compassion, power, strength, and activity. Like a bird that transcends all, pervading the sky, may the blessings of being primordially and eternally present, and the blessings of these form bodies, may this supreme king of aspirations be accomplished. May it benefit all sentient beings. May it be auspicious! (This version is only the Dzamtang version.)
