From the imagined form (kun btags pa'i gzugs, conceptual form) to the Buddhadharma, there are one hundred and twenty-seven commentary verses. It should be known that between the imagined form and the Buddhadharma, there is no entity. From the dependent form (rnam par btags pa'i gzugs, imputed form) to all the Buddhadharmas, the bad entity should be abandoned. From the nature form (chos nyid kyi gzugs, nature form) to all the Buddhadharmas, its own nature is always present, the nature is the unconditioned entity, which can be obtained after removing the impurities. These meanings are also explained in the 'Great Madhyamaka Sutra Ornament' (dbu ma chen po mdo sde'i rgyan): 'Always free from duality, the basis of delusion, which cannot be expressed in any way, is the nature of non-proliferation. What should be known, what should be abandoned, the nature is immaculate, whatever is desired can be purified. Like space, gold, and water, it is free from afflictions.' 'Among sentient beings, there is nothing else or a little bit, and all sentient beings are completely deluded by it. Abandoning existence and clinging to non-existence, how severe is this form of worldly delusion!' As it is said in the sutra: 'Not seeing existence but seeing non-existence, what is this kind of darkness?' Therefore, in the imagined forms, etc., there are also one hundred and twenty-seven commentary verses; in the other-dependent forms, etc., there are one hundred and twenty-seven; in the perfectly established nature forms, etc., there are also one hundred and twenty-seven. In total, there are three hundred and eighty-one commentary verses. Therefore, the imagined dharmas (kun btags pa'i chos) should be regarded as without substance because they have no entity. The other-dependent dharmas (gzhan dbang gi chos), although they exist nominally, are not autonomous. The perfectly established nature dharmas (chos nyid yongs grub kyi chos) are neither with nor without entity, and they are not completely non-existent, so they are not without entity either, but are distinguished by the ultimate truth, which is the object of each individual's self-aware wisdom. Based on this, may all sentient beings know all imaginations, abandon all other-dependencies, attain perfection, obtain everything, and thus raise the lamp of the profound teachings! This was written by a scholar who is impartial to all schools and possesses the four reliances. Commentary on the 'Compendium of Vehicles' completed. May there be auspiciousness! May there be increase! Proofread.
