Herein lies the yoga practiced in four sessions. A collection of practices on the path of the Great Luminosity. To arrange and explain them well, may the Dharma protectors, heroes, and dakinis grant their blessings. First, rising from bed, say \"Ha\" and perform the ninefold expulsion of stale air. Finally, visualize yourself as a Buddha Dakini, purify the elements, meditate briefly, perform the preliminary practices, and conclude with a white offering. Then, take morning tea. After that, at the end of the Thögal empowerment (the visualization is that from the Western Pure Land of Lotus Light, all the Buddhas of the three times and the gurus of the nine lineages come in the form of a mass of light, like rainbows and clouds, and dissolve from the pupils of the eyes into the bindu at the heart), visualize yourself as Vajra Dakini and practice Thögal. At the end of the session, make a torma offering and dedicate the merit. Then, take midday tea. Again, visualize yourself as Ratna Dakini and, at the end of the empowerment visualization or a condensed prayer, practice Thögal. At the end of the session, proclaim the red offering and dedication. In the evening, after the tea and the condensed offering ritual, visualize yourself as Padma Dakini, and at the end of the empowerment, practice Thögal. At the end of the session, prostrate a hundred times and strive diligently. Then, take evening tea and, with the empowerment visualization, visualize yourself as Karma Dakini and practice Thögal. At the end of the session, practice death meditation, transference of consciousness, and black offering, and recite a short life-sustaining mantra. Then, visualize yourself as Krodha Ma and conceal sleep in luminosity, gather knowledge into the vase. If you do it for six months, it is best to practice Krodha Ma in the first month, Buddha in the second, Vajra Dakini in the third, Ratna in the fourth, Padma in the fifth, and Karma Dakini in the sixth. For one month or seven days, etc., do as before. You can also practice dripping thigle in the evening session. For other Thögal practices, after purifying the elements, practice Trekchö after the preliminary practices. Then, after morning tea, practice Thögal at the end of the Thögal empowerment or Guru Yoga. At noon, practice Thögal at the end of Guru Yoga. The same in the evening. For those with phlegm, each session" } ] ============================================================ི་མཐར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཅི་མོས། ནུབ་མོའང་དེ་འདྲ་འམ་ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་《ཐོད》གང་རུང་བསྒོམ། དེ་ནས་ཐུན་མཐར་འཆི་སྦྱང༌། འཕོ་ལུང༌། ལུས་སྦྱིན། གཉིད་འོད་གསལ་དུ་སྦ་བ་རྣམས་དང་བཅས་སྔ་མ་དང་འདྲའོ། །ཐོད་རྒལ་བྱིན་འབེབས་ནི། གཏེར་གསར་ལས། འདུག་ས་འདི་རུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབསཿ ཞེས་པ་སྨད་ན་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཡིན། ཀུན་ལ་ཐུན་མཐར་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཐུན་མགོར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་རེ་དགོས་པ་འདྲའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཉམས་ལེན་བསྲང་དུ་གཟུད་བའི་ཐབས། གངས་རིའི་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་སྨྱོན་པ་ག་གཱ་པས། །རང་གཞན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་བསམ་པ་ཡི། །བྲིས་པའི་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག ། ༈ ལྟ་སྒོམ་སྤྱོད་འབྲས་ལ་རྒྱུན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བཞི་ལ་གོལ་ས་དགུ་ཡོད། ལྟ་བ་ཆད་ལྟ་ཅང་མེད་དུ་བལྟས་ན་གཟུགས་མེད་དུ་གོལ། སྣང་བའི་འོད་ལ་གསལ་བ་རིས་ཆད་དུ་བལྟས་ན་གཟུགས་ཁམས་སུ་གོལ། སྟོང་གཟུགས་ལ་དག་གྲོལ་དུ་འཛིན་ན་འདོད་ཁམས་སུ་གོལ། སྒོམ་པ་ལ་མི་རྟོག་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་པས་ཞི་གནས་སུ་གོལ་བའི་གཉེན་པོ་རིག་པའི་གསལ་ངར་འདོན་པ་གཅེས་སོ། །རྣམ་པ་གསལ་བ་རེས་ཅན་གུད་བཅད་དུ་བསྒོམ་ན་ཀུན་གཞིའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་སུ་གོལ་བས་གཉེན་པོ་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་ལ་གསལ་སྣང་བཏོན། བྱུང་ཚོར་བཀག་པའི་སྟོང་པ་བསྒོམ་ན་མུ་མེད་དུ་གོལ་བས་རང་ཁར་བཀག་པ་མེད་པར་བཞག སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་ཞེན་མེད་དུ་མ་གྱུར་པར་གང་བྱུང་ཐ་མལ་དུ་སྤྱོད་ན་སྨྱོན་པ་ལྟ་བུར་ལྷ་《ལྟ་དཔྱད༌།》མིན་དུ་གོལ། ཚིག་ལ་ཞེན་ན་འཇིག་ལྟར་འགྱུར་བས་གྲུབ་མཐའི་ཞེན་པ་སྤང༌། སྣང་བ་མ་བཟུང་ཧད་པོ་ཡིན་ཀྱང་རིག་ངོ་མ་ཟིན་ན་གཏི་མུག་ལུང་མ་བསྟན་དུ་གོལ་བས་རིག་ངོ་ཟིན་པ་གཅེས་སོ༑ ༑ད་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་བསྒོམ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བ་ལ་ནི་རྣམ་རྟོག་གི་དཔྱད་པ་ཞུགས་པ་ཙམ་ལས་གོལ་ས་ཅི་ཡང་མེད་དེ། ཀློང་དྲུག་ལས། ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་ལ་གོལ་ས་མེད། །ཅེས་སོ། །འཆི་ལུགས་ནི་རྣམ་པ་མང་ཡང༌། མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལྟར་འཆི་དུས་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ལུས་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཡལ་བ་དང༌། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟར་རང་བབས་སྤྲོ་བསྡུ་བྲལ་བའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཆ་ཤས་དང་ཕྱེད་སོགས་ནས་མི་སྣང་བ་ཡལ་བ་དང༌། དང་པོ་ལུས་རྡུལ་ཕྲན་དུ་འཐོར། །དེ་ནས་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཡལ་བའི་འཆི་ལུགས་གསུམ་ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་ཀྱིས་སོ། །ལུས་འོད་ལུས་སུ་བཞེངས་པ་རིག་འཛིན་ལྟ་བུའི་འཆི་ལུགས་ཞེས་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ལྟ་བུ་འོད་ལུས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད་པ། ལུས་འོད་ཕུང་དུ་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཡལ་བ་ནི། མེ་དཔུང་ལྟ་བུའི་འཆི་ལུགས། ལུས་འཇའ་འོད་ཀྱིས་བཏུམ་ནས་

At the ultimate, I prostrate! At night, do the same, or meditate on either Trekchö (Cutting Through) or Tögal (Leap Over). Then, at the end of the session, practice dying, Phowa, body offering, concealing sleep into luminosity, etc., just like before. The blessing of Tögal descending is, in the New Treasure, the phrase "Bless this place" is the one at the bottom. It seems that for everyone, at the end of the session, there needs to be dedication and aspiration, and at the beginning of the session, there needs to be the generation of Bodhicitta. Thus, the means to make the practice upright, Gaga Pa, the madman in the snowy mountains, with the intention of benefiting self and others, may all beings attain Buddhahood through the merit of what was written! The four yogis who constantly practice view, meditation, conduct, and result have nine deviations. If the view is seen as nihilistic, one falls into the formless realm. If the luminosity of appearance is seen as limited clarity, one falls into the form realm. If one grasps emptiness and form as pure liberation, one falls into the desire realm. In meditation, if one meditates with non-conceptual one-pointedness, one falls into quiescence, so it is important to cherish bringing forth the clarity of awareness. If one meditates by cutting off the clear sequence of appearances, one falls into the Alaya consciousness, so one should bring forth clear appearance in non-proliferation. If one meditates on emptiness that blocks arising feelings, one falls into infinity, so one should rest in the unblocked nature. In conduct, if one does not become unattached and treats whatever arises as ordinary, one falls into being like a madman, a non-god (observation). If one clings to words, one will become like worldly dharmas, so one should abandon sectarian clinging. If one does not grasp appearance, even if one is dazed, if one does not realize the nature of awareness, one will fall into dullness and non-disclosure, so it is important to cherish realizing the nature of awareness. Now, for the yogi who meditates on the result like a bamboo tube, there are no deviations other than the arising of conceptual investigation. As the Six Longchenpas say: "There are no deviations in the bamboo tube." Although there are many ways of dying, like a dakini, at the moment of death, the body dissolves into the Dharmadhatu in an instant; like space, in its own nature, in the Dharmadhatu free from contraction and expansion, parts or halves of the body disappear; first the body disintegrates into dust, then the three ways of dying that dissolve into the Dharmadhatu are the ways of Trekchö (Cutting Through). The body rising into a light body is the way of dying like a Vidyadhara, like Padmasambhava, benefiting beings with a light body. The body dissolving into the Dharmadhatu as a mass of light is the way of dying like a fire. The body is enveloped in rainbow light,
