Advice, the Chariot of Definite Departure. Advice, the Chariot of Definite Departure. Advice, the Chariot of Definite Departure, may it reside here! Kye! Listen, son of a fortunate lineage! In order to generate definite departure from samsara from all sutras and tantras, four methods of transforming the mind are taught. First, observe your own body, speech, and mind. Obtaining the advice of the Dharma is an excellent fortune; this is called obtaining a human body with leisure and endowments. If you waste this, it is a foolish waste of mind. Those who strive only for the desires of this one life are praised by everyone as clever and capable people, but in reality, they are deceitful people. A wise person is one who accomplishes ultimate desires. Even if good fortune comes to you, if you do not offer it with the Dharma, when that person is struck by demons, the Lord of Death, and diseases, even if you regret it, it will be too late. At such a time, accepting it happily, without fear, and obtaining true peace of mind is called a meaningful person, true to its name. You are very kind to yourself. The changes of the outer four elements are uncertain, and the inner illusory body is wrinkled by aging, and the mind changes in an instant and is impermanent. Knowing this, you ignore it even when you see it. Knowing that you will surely leave, you are busy preparing to stay for a long time, and seeing others leave, you have no fear. What courage and confidence do you have? Even the certainty of being able to stay until tomorrow is uncertain. You still think of sleeping in houses, still thinking of enjoying wealth, and still thinking of being with friends and loved ones. All of this is meaningless, like the mind of an old dog. Although you have heard much Dharma, you practice little; although you rely on many gurus, you lack faith; although you have received many empowerments, you have no vows to restrain you. What is the difference between that and an ordinary fool? Outwardly pretending to be a practitioner, but the mind is stubborn and unyielding, although you change into red robes, you lack the learning of hearing, thinking, and meditating. Satisfied with just reciting words, at the time of death, you go naked and empty-handed. The outer red and yellow robes are not important, and having precepts is not worth being proud of, even if you cannot fluently explain the scriptures, the supreme methods of accomplishment, only diligent practitioners can possess them. If you let your mind go, it is like a dancing monkey; no matter how friends advise, you still do your own thing. Showing off with dance, patterns, music, and other pleasing things to the enemy, the Lord of Death, is truly ridiculous. Now think, death may come at any time. Knowing that death is inevitable, but because you do not understand your own mind, if you are attached to the beautiful faces of external women, you are like a hungry ghost. Before practicing the Dharma, you must first tame your own mind.

If the beginning and end don't match, others will ridicule and you'll suffer. Therefore, you must encourage yourself, and don't diminish this attachment and hatred. Although you do Buddhist activities without clinging, you secretly rejoice thinking you've achieved something. It's just a wish, that's all, you haven't really trained your mind in bodhicitta. You're arrogant just because you meditate, although it might be a path to liberation. It's hard to become a good path to Buddhahood, if you don't have pure vision and devotion. Recitation is not Vajrayana, all appearances and existence are mistaken. In the end, a thousand Buddhas will have to protect you, your mind is not resting in its natural state. You widely cultivate and externally scatter the meaning of emptiness, you call yourself a wise person and cling to being superior. It's useless and difficult to meditate, those who speak like that are all hypocrites. You students, don't force me to write, like the example of beating a drum with a stick. The old mantra practitioner Gaga Abhi wrote this, Samaya Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ,ग्या ग्या ग्या,gya gya gya, seal seal seal). At the high peak of excellence, adorned with abundance, filled with cooling gifts, respectfully surrounded. Amidst the foundation of heretical talk, a multitude of sufferings, such emptiness sees all with a thousand eyes. Emaho! From the beginning, the stainless lineage departs in bliss. Those suddenly invaded by the three obscurations, the power to subdue the arising aspects. Holding the intention as primary, inconceivable activity, the secret treasury of the closest path of self-nature. From the compassionate clouds of Padmakara, the fortunate ones proclaim the sound of activity. The joyful eyes at the edge of the light bestow lasting bliss, here in the self-aware house of light. Transferred to the sphere, the path of impure appearances, the place where experiences and results increase. The method of liberating appearances and consciousness bound by delusion, do not enter into the mixture of broken vows. The lineage is close and the blessings gather like clouds, sixteen fortunate ones with profound words and deep meaning. Breathing life into the self-nature nirmanakaya, gathering the essence from a hundred thousand tantras of clear light. Because of the essential point of the self-born body of Oddiyana, with loving praise and offerings. To me, a small one, bestow sublime virtue, the perfection of time, equality itself. The world of beings and environment, neither hot nor cold, the power to cross to the other shore, independent. The limit of the number of close gatherings.
