་པ་དམ་ཚིག་ཡིན། །གལ་ཆུང་ཞོལ་ལུས་མ་བྱེད་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །མ་ཐོབ་བར་དུ་ཤེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བས། །སྒྲོ་འདོག་ཕྱི་ལྟར་ཆོད་ཅིག་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །མགོ་གནོན་གཉེན་པོ་བསྒོམ་བྱུང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པས། །བསམ་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་བསྐྱེད་ཅིག་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །རྩ་བ་དྲུངས་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་གཉེན་པོ་བ། །བསྒོམ་བྱུང་ཤེས་རབ་བསྐྱེད་པར་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །ཐ་སྙད་མཁས་ཀྱང་ཁ་རྒྱལ་རྩོད་རྒྱུ་མེད། །དགོས་མེད་ལིང་གིས་བསྐྱུར་ཅིག་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །རྒྱུ་རྫས་ཡོད་ཀྱང་ཕྱི་མ་ཁྱེར་ས་མེད། །ཆོས་རྒྱགས་གྱིས་ལ་བསྒོམ་ཞིག་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །རྩི་སྒོ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་ཕྱི་མ་ཕན་ཐོགས་མེད། །སྟོང་རྒྱུག་བཤད་དགའ་མ་ཆེ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །མཁྱེན་ནོ་མཁྱེན་ནོ་ཁྱེད་གཅིག་མཁྱེན་ལ་ཐོངས། །ངས་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་གསང་རྐུང་ཅུང་ཟད་མེད། །ལེགས་བཤད་བྱིས་པའི་ཁ་ནས་བྱིན་ཟིན་གྱི། །ད་ནི་མ་འགྱང་བསྒོམ་སྒྲུབ་དང་དུ་ལོང་། །བློ་ལྷག་ངེས་པར་ཡོང་ངོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །ཕྱི་ཚུལ་ང་ལ་མེད་དེ་རྫ་བུམ་འདྲ། །ནང་བཅུད་མ་དཱ་ན་ཡིས་མི་མཚུངས་བའི། །རིག་འཛིན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཞལ་ཆབ་དངར་བོ་ཡོད། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཅུང་ཟད་མི་དགོས་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །ས་དགེ་ཀར་འབྲུག་ཕྱག་ཆེན་ཉམས་ལེན་དེའི། །མདོ་སོ་འདི་ལ་འདུས་སོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་སྒྱུ་འོད་དགོངས་མིན་མཐར་ཐུག་གི །ངེས་དོན་འདི་ལས་མེད་དོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །གང་ཟག་ཕོ་མོའི་བརྟེན་ལ་ཁྱད་མེད་པས། །སྒྲུབ་གཞི་འདི་ལ་རུང་ངོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །མཐར་ཐུག་སྐྱེལ་སོ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །བུམ་གསང་ཤེས་རབ་བཞི་བའི་དབང་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །ལམ་གྱི་གནད་ཀྱང་ཚང་ངོ་ཁྱེད་ཅིག་མཁྱེན། །རིམ་ལྔ་སྦྱོར་དྲུག་ལ་སོགས་ཟབ་ཟབ་ཀྱང་། །བཞི་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡོངས་གཅོད་མཐོང་མིན་པས། །ད་ནས་རྒྱན་མེད་དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཅི་བཞིན་དུ། །མངོན་རྟོགས་རིམ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གསལ་རྫོགས་ཀྱིས། །མ་ཁྱབ་པ་ལས་ཐལ་བས་བཀབ་པའི་མེས། །མི་བསྲེགས་ཞེས་སུ་སྦས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྨོད། །ཁྱོད་མ་མཐོང་བའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་མ་ངེས་པའི། །ལྟར་སྣང་རྗེས་དཔག་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །འཕགས་པའི་མཉམ་བཞག་དེ་ལ་རེ་སྨོན་མེད། །ཇི་ལྟར་ཉི་མས་ཕྱེ་བའི་པདྨ་འཛུམ་པ་ལས། །སྦྲང་རྩིའི་དགའ་སྟོན་བུང་བའི་ལུས་ཁམས་གསོས་སུ་སྨིན། །དེ་བཞིན་རྟོགས་པའི་སྣང་བའི་རྣམ་པར་རྗེས་ཐོབ་པའི། །བདུད་རྩིའི་བགོ་བྱ་འགྱེད་འདི་གཞན་དགའི་སྟོན་ཆེན་ཡིན། །ཅེས་ཀྱང་སྨྲ་བའི་སྤོབས་མེད་ཀྱང་། །ཁ་གཡང་བོས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་ལགས། །འདི་ཡི་སྨྲ་གཞི་ཆོས་ཡིན་པས། །ཕན་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བསླང་བ་ཡིས། །དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་སྲིད། །ཡོད་ན་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཀུན་ལྡན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི། །གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་རུ་བསྔོ། །མ་བརྟགས་བྲེལ་དང་མི་དཔོག་རྒྱུ། །གང་ཟག་རྒྱུད་ཚོད་མ་ཤེས་དང་། །རྨོངས་ཕྱིར་སྦྱངས་བརྩོན་མེད་ཕྱིར་གྱི། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཡོད་ན་མཁས་ལ་བཤགས། །ཚིག་བཅད་རྐང་བས་དམན་པ་དང་། །གྲོང་ཚིག་གསལ་དང་བསྐྱར་བཟློས་སོགས། །ཁྱབ་དང་དབང་ཕྱུག་གྲུབ་མཐའ་ལས། །ཡང་དག་རྟོན་འདིར་སྐྱོན་མ་ཡིན། །ཅེས་ཀྱང་ག་གཱ་ཞེས་སྔགས་མིང་དུས་མཐར་སྐྱེས་པ་དེའི་བྲེལ་ཚུབས་ཀྱི་ངང་ནས་འབྲོག་རི་བ་འཇིགས་དགའ་ལ་སྨྲས་སོ། །༈ རྐྱེན་ངན་རྩ་བ་ངར་འཛིན་འདི་ལ་ཐུག ། འདྲེ་གདོན་རྩ་བ་རྣམ་རྟོག་ཡིན་ནོ་ལོ། །རྩུབས་ན་རྩུབས་ན་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྩུབས། །གདོན་ན་གདོན་ན་ཉོན་མོངས་དུག་ལྔའི་གདོན། །ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། ། ཞལ་གདམས་སྐྱོན་མཚངས་འབྲུ་བ་སྙིང་གི་ཐུར་མ

这是誓言！不要轻视懈怠，你应当知晓！在未获得之前不会了解，所以，像剥开外壳一样下定决心，你应当知晓！降伏对治之法，将会生起修习，所以，生起思维的智慧，你应当知晓！从根源上生起的对治之法，通过修习生起智慧，你应当知晓！即使精通名相，也没有口头上的胜利和争论，抛弃无用的空谈，你应当知晓！即使拥有财富，死后也带不走，积累佛法资粮并修行，你应当知晓！即使有地位，死后也无益处，不要过于喜欢空谈，你应当知晓！知晓啊，知晓啊，让你知晓！我没有对你隐瞒任何秘密。善说已经从孩童口中说出，现在不要拖延，接受修行吧！殊胜的智慧必定会到来，你应当知晓！外表我像一个陶罐，内里的精华却无法与甘露相比，拥有持明传承的纯净口诀。不要有丝毫怀疑，你应当知晓！萨迦、格鲁、噶举、竹巴，大手印的实修，要点都汇集于此，你应当知晓！生起次第、圆满次第、幻化、光明，并非究竟的见解，究竟的意义不离于此，你应当知晓！不分男女的根器，都适合这个修法，你应当知晓！所有金刚乘的续部，最终的归宿就是它，你应当知晓！宝瓶灌顶、秘密灌顶、智慧灌顶、第四灌顶的所有，道的要点也全部具备，你应当知晓！五次第、六加行等等甚深之法，因为没有见到第四智慧的完全断除，所以，从现在开始，像无饰的阿罗汉一样，以现证次第的功德，清晰圆满地，没有被无明遮蔽的火所焚烧，呵斥隐藏的瑜伽士。因为没有见到你的理由不确定，对于看似相似的推断所能及的，圣者的等持，没有期望和向往。如同太阳照耀莲花绽放，蜂蜜的盛宴滋养着蜜蜂的身躯，同样，证悟显现的各种形象，后得的甘露布施，是令他众欢喜的盛宴！如是说。

This is the vow! Do not be careless and negligent, you should know! Before it is obtained, it will not be understood, so, like peeling off the outer shell, make a firm resolution, you should know! The antidote to subdue and overcome, will arise from practice, so, generate the wisdom of thought, you should know! The antidote that arises from the root, through practice generate wisdom, you should know! Even if you are proficient in terminology, there is no verbal victory or argument, abandon useless empty talk, you should know! Even if you have wealth, you cannot take it with you after death, accumulate the provisions of Dharma and practice, you should know! Even if you have status, it is of no benefit after death, do not be too fond of empty talk, you should know! Know, know, let you know! I have not hidden any secrets from you. Good words have already been spoken from the mouths of children, now do not delay, accept the practice! Excellent wisdom will surely come, you should know! Outwardly I am like a clay pot, but the essence within cannot be compared to nectar, possessing the pure oral instructions of the lineage of vidyadharas. Do not have any doubt, you should know! Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, Drukpa, the practice of Mahamudra, the key points are all gathered here, you should know! Generation stage, completion stage, illusion, light, not the ultimate view, the ultimate meaning is inseparable from this, you should know! Regardless of whether one is male or female, this practice is suitable for all, you should know! All the tantras of Vajrayana, the ultimate destination is this, you should know! All the empowerments of vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment, and fourth empowerment, the key points of the path are all complete, you should know! The five stages, six yogas, and other profound practices, because the complete cutting off of the fourth wisdom has not been seen, therefore, from now on, like an unadorned Arhat, with the qualities of the stages of realization, clearly and completely, not burned by the fire covered by ignorance, I rebuke the hidden yogi. Because the reason for not seeing you is uncertain, for what seems like a similar inference, the samadhi of the noble ones, there is no expectation or longing. Just as the lotus blooms when illuminated by the sun, and the feast of honey nourishes the body of the bee, similarly, the various forms of enlightened appearance, the distribution of the nectar in the subsequent attainment, is a great feast that delights others! Thus it is said.

虽无善辩之才，然作吉祥之语。此言之本为佛法，以利他之心而起，或有功德之根。若有，愿虚空遍布之众生，皆得具足功德之佛果。未经详察之仓促，不可测度之事，未识众生根器，因愚昧而无闻思修，若有错谬之处，向智者忏悔。诗句短缺，用词浅显重复等，广博、自在之宗义，于此真实依怙非为过失。如是，名号为嘎嘎的咒士，于末世匆忙之际，对仲日瓦·吉嘎如是说。 ༈ 恶缘之根在于我执。 鬼魔之根在于分别念。 粗砺啊粗砺，轮回之苦粗砺。 鬼祟啊鬼祟，五毒烦恼之鬼祟。 如是说。 口诀过失如刺入心。

Although I lack eloquence, I utter auspicious words. Since the basis of these words is Dharma, arising from a mind of benefiting others, there may be a root of virtue. If there is, may all sentient beings pervading the sky attain the state of Buddhahood, complete with all qualities. Haste without thorough investigation, immeasurable matters, not knowing the capacity of beings, and due to ignorance and lack of study and contemplation, if there are errors, I confess to the wise. Shortcomings in verses, simple and repetitive words, etc., the extensive and sovereign tenets, are not faults in this true refuge. Thus, the mantra practitioner named Gaga, in the haste of the degenerate age, spoke to Drokriwa Jikga. ༈ The root of bad circumstances lies in self-grasping. The root of demons and spirits lies in conceptual thought. Rough, ah rough, the suffering of samsara is rough. Affliction, ah affliction, the affliction of the five poisons. Thus it is said. Oral instructions: Faults are like thorns in the heart.
