Crossing the legs and embracing the knees, from there the two hands touching the armpits, and the back of the hands making fists placed behind the waist, these are three. At the time of these three, the gaze is lowered to the tip of the nose. These are the sitting posture and the way of looking of the Nirmanakaya. Mouth slightly open, palms supporting the cheeks, and the two eyes looking straight ahead, is the Sambhogakaya. Legs stretched forward, with a fist placed in the middle. Spine straight, eyes looking upwards. Is the sitting posture and the way of looking of the Dharmakaya. In all cases, the key point of the breath is that the lips do not touch, and the breath is slowly exhaled outwards. Exhaling from the mouth and looking with eyes half-closed. The object of focus is the sun, moon, lamp, and the supports of the three kayas. Relying on that is the lamp of citta-sha. The place where wisdom resides, from the tip of the heart, at the distance of four fingers, from one root, arise two tips, passing through the spine. The white and smooth lamp of the nadi, the root of that lamp, pierces the center of the eyes, extending like a water lamp. These are the three lamps of the container. Then, the three lamps of the essence are: When looking at the sky, the blue-black sun and moon appear. When looking, five-colored, hazy lights appear. That is the lamp of the pure realm of space. Within that are five-colored bindus. They are round in shape, they are the empty lamps of bindus. In between, like sheep intestines, the bindus are connected and curved. It is the confidence of self-arisen wisdom, it is the reality of mind. Empty and clear awareness, is of self-arisen wisdom. The nature is to know all objects. It is the skillful means of the lamp of self-arisen wisdom. Without distraction, without thoughts moving, look at it. Looking in this way, the four appearances are gradually perfected. The practice at night is the practice of concealing, gathering, purifying, and uniting. Inside the body, the upper end of the central channel is the syllable ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), and the lower end is the short ཨ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), visualize clearly, and from the ཨ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) fire arises. When the flame touches the ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, nectar descends from the ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), nourishing the fire. The fire becomes even more intense, burning away afflictions and habitual tendencies. In the center of the light body, visualize the central channel clearly. Visualize being pervaded by the light of the fire, and focus the mind on the light, that is the concealment of clear light. For this, the lion's lying and sitting postures are needed. Or visualize a clear bindu at the tip of the nose, the body dissolves into light, and visualize dissolving into it. Again, in the center of the body, inside the central channel, at the heart and the crown of the head, visualize two clear ཨ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). Between these two, nineteen white ཨ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), visualize the light like a hundred thousand suns. Total

From the navel chakra, all the "Ah" syllables dissolve into the mother vowel. Visualize the "Ah" syllable at the heart center gathering everything. With the thought of light and flames blazing, with splendor. Visualize the central channel completely filled. Place awareness in that light and fall asleep. That posture is like an elephant sleeping. That is gathering all that is knowable into a vase. Upon waking in the morning, clear away three foul breaths. Visualize red, black, white, black, and black veins. Purify the sins and obscurations arising from the three poisons. Then, from the "Ah" at the heart center to the space between the eyebrows. Clearly visualize a blue "Ah" syllable, from which light radiates. Visualize the environment and beings dissolving into light, filling with blue light. That is purifying and uniting the element of space. Again, the white "Ah" syllable is the nature of water. Light radiates, the environment and beings dissolve into white light. Third, the yellow "Ah" syllable purifies the environment and beings with light. Fourth, the red "Ah" syllable purifies the environment and beings with light. Fifth, the green "Ah" syllable dissolves the environment and beings with light. Visualize white, yellow, red, green, blue-black rays of light. The cycles of light pervading and expanding throughout samsara and nirvana. That posture is the posture of a sage sitting cross-legged. In the meantime, practice dying in a solitary place. Lying down like a lion, at the time of death. Relatives and friends all gather around, crying out in lament. Thinking, I will not cling to anything. In the realm of the completely pure sky-like dharmadhatu. Thinking that I will pass into nirvana, with the eyes. Mixing the bardo path with the wisdom of dharmadhatu. Or lying down like an elephant. In the Abhirati world, the Dense Array of Glory world. The Sukhavati world and the Karma Pariśuddha world. At the feet of Vajrasattva, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha. Amoghasiddhi, Vairochana, who reside there. Now thinking of passing into nirvana, manifest the bindu of dharmadhatu. Again, clearly visualize the five self-manifested pure lands. I will not cling to death. Thinking that I will go to the self-manifested pure lands. Manifest the bindu of dharmadhatu, sitting cross-legged like a sage. Like this, through the urging of key points, combining day and night. After six months, directly see the dharmata. Naked awareness arises, the body is like a turtle. Speech is like a mute, the mind dwells in concentration. Experiences and appearances increase, the bindu of dharmadhatu matures into the body. Wisdom experience, appearance experience, the three signs appear in the three doors. Awareness reaches its limit, appearing as a single mass. The three doors obtain signs, obtain light and longevity. Again, the dharma is exhausted, the mind is exhausted, the senses are exhausted. The three doors manifest signs, and after gaining the four confidences. Alas!
