酒糟未滤清，或是犬豕之习气，忏悔生起庸常之贪恋。 为吝啬所控制，供品粗劣，精华残缺。 为懒惰之他人所控，忏悔中断常供与差事朵玛。 行为放荡散乱，口出恶言，男女数量不足，随心所欲行事，忏悔违犯守护誓言之界限。 为无悲心之他人所控，未识自性之本然，杀害雌鹿，狩猎驱赶，食肉，忏悔。 无端嫁祸于他人，妄议偷盗，心生分别念，前世所受之苦，怪罪于神灵而舍弃，忏悔。 未作念诵祈请，衰败、延迟、散乱，不知自身之过，心想神灵无力，忏悔。 智慧禅定低下，未加持供品朵玛，以见解低下之行为，寻衅滋事，坦白忏悔。 智慧低下，视轮回涅槃为自续，傲慢误入邪道，未识生世传承之意，由此而轻蔑，忏悔。 纵是佛陀生世传承之夜叉，亦以鲁扎涂染，乃是慈悲之境，以恶见改造心识，争斗吞噬，坦白忏悔。 轻率饶舌，轻浮戏谑，言语轻佻放肆，坦白忏悔。 如是忏悔补阙，触犯不和之神灵，神灵不和而降祸于人，所依物不净，修法物衰损，补阙物污秽，誓言戒律破损，凶煞、瘟疫、恶兆等，平息纷争，调解仇恨，消除晦暗，请赐成就，三时吉祥殊胜，恒常亲近于我，勿舍弃往昔之誓愿，勿违背教令和誓言，勿使乖戾暴虐，勿舍弃承诺之誓言，勿使威力功勋衰减，勿使护佑慈悲懈怠，我之所作所为，无论有何过失，视我如无知之子之行径，如母一般，请勿发怒，祈请，成就所托之事业。如是，应喇嘛敦炯之劝请，为求意义，末世之瑜伽士嘎嘎阿贝所书，愿成三时之善妙菩提树。善哉！善哉！善哉！又略摄之： ཀྱཻ༔ 伟哉！大天神，请垂听！ མ་

The unfiltered dregs of alcohol, or the habits of dogs and pigs, I confess to generating ordinary attachment and desire. Controlled by miserliness, the offerings are crude, the essence is incomplete. Controlled by the laziness of others, I confess to the interruption of regular offerings and errand tormas. Promiscuous and scattered behavior, losing harsh words, the number of men and women is insufficient, acting as one pleases, I confess to violating the boundaries of guarding vows. Controlled by the lack of compassion of others, not knowing the nature of one's own nature, killing female deer, hunting and driving away, eating meat, I confess. Unjustly blaming others, falsely discussing theft, generating discriminating thoughts, the suffering experienced in previous lives, blaming the gods and abandoning them, I confess. Not reciting prayers, decaying, delaying, and distracting, not knowing one's own faults, thinking that the gods are powerless, I confess. Wisdom and samadhi are inferior, the offerings and tormas are not blessed, with the actions of inferior views, seeking oppression, I openly confess. Inferior wisdom, viewing samsara and nirvana as self-continuing, arrogance misguided into evil paths, not knowing the meaning of the lineage of births, thereby despising, I confess. Even the yakshas of the Buddha's lineage of births are stained with Rudra, which is the realm of compassion, transforming the mind with evil views, fighting and devouring, I openly confess. Rash and talkative, frivolous and joking, frivolous and unrestrained words, I openly confess. Thus, confessing and replenishing, offending discordant deities, deities being discordant and bringing harm to people, the supporting objects are impure, the Dharma objects are damaged, the replenishing objects are defiled, vows and precepts are broken, ominous signs, plagues, and bad omens, etc., pacifying disputes, reconciling hatred, eliminating darkness, please grant accomplishments, the auspiciousness of the three times is supreme, always be close to me, do not abandon the vows of the past, do not violate the teachings and vows, do not make it perverse and cruel, do not abandon the vows of commitment, do not diminish the power and merit, do not neglect the protection and compassion, whatever wrongdoings I have done, regard me as the actions of an ignorant child, like a mother, please do not be angry, I pray, accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus, at the urging of Lama Dunjiong, for the sake of meaning, written by the yogi Gaga Abhe of the degenerate age, may it become the excellent Bodhi tree of the three times. Good! Good! Good!
