Having attained the unsurpassed wisdom of the Buddha, acting for the sake of those to be tamed, the perfection of means, like a mother's love for all sentient beings without bias, I empower the root of all blessings. Dharmakaya Vairochana, Sambhogakaya Heruka, the dancer of Nirmanakaya, the righteous Rahula, Wisdom Perfection, the glory of the union of all deities, the source of accomplishments, I empower the holy one. In the space of the Dharmadhatu, he travels with the power of realization, possessing the strength of compassion, pervading the realms of beings, not abiding in samsara or nirvana, Prajnaparamita, I empower the lord of the Dakinis of the Mother Tantra. Wielding power over the immeasurable expanse of space, wielding power over the lives of all beings in the three realms, possessing the power and strength to shake existence, I empower the Perfection of Power. With self-awareness to protect the unbiased teachings, the sole protector of all Vidyadhara yogis, the umbrella protecting the sacred Dharma wheel, I empower the Perfection of Aspiration. Abandoning the three bonds, respecting the offering of one's own flesh, wielding power over the mundane qualities, the treasury of space, the all-encompassing tree that fulfills the wishes of all beings, I empower the Perfection of Generosity. Not stained by the marks of misdeeds and negativity, enduring the great burden of the ocean of virtuous qualities, effortlessly taking on the task of boundless benefit for others, I empower the Perfection of Discipline. In the great equanimity of the mind's sphere, the thoughts of the five poisons are cut off from the root, the qualities of the fruit, the splendor of the marks and signs blazes, I empower the Perfection of Patience. For one's own benefit, diligently accumulating the two accumulations of the countless three, for the benefit of others, donning armor as long as samsara exists, completely exhausting it in connection with the long-term view, I empower the Perfection of Diligence. Having mastered subtle understanding, having attained the freedom of meditative absorption, with the bursting forth of the treasure trove of immeasurable samadhi, destroying all the hordes of inner and outer demons, I empower the Perfection of Meditation. The quality of the mind, the precious Ratnasambhava, Appearing in the yellow Earth Planet to benefit all sentient beings, May the empowerment of Equality (མཉམ༵་ཉིད༵，seed syllable), Ye (ཡེ༵，seed syllable), Shé (ཤེས༵，seed syllable), Heru (ཧེ་རུ，seed syllable) be bestowed! The activity of the mind, the Amoghasiddhi, Appearing in the green Wind Planet to benefit all sentient beings, May the empowerment of Accomplishing Activity (བྱ༵་གྲུབ༵，seed syllable), Ye (ཡེ༵，seed syllable), Shé (ཤེས༵，seed syllable), Heru (ཧེ་རུ，seed syllable) be bestowed! The ultimate essence of the mind, the Victorious Samantabhadra, Appearing in the blue-white Space Planet to benefit all sentient beings, May the empowerment of Dharmadhatu (ཆོས༵་དབྱིངས༵，seed syllable), Ye (ཡེ༵，seed syllable), Shé (ཤེས༵，seed syllable), Heru (ཧེ་རུ，seed syllable) be bestowed! May the enemies, demons, and obstacles of the impure five poisons, Be liberated by the wrathful form who performs fierce activities, May we awaken as the essence of the primordially liberated realm of reality, We praise the wisdom protector, the great ascetic. Through the power and blessings of praising the great ascetic in this way, May the temporary bewilderment and the hordes of demons be completely destroyed, May the fame of fierce power spread throughout the earth, May we be completely surrounded by the iron fence of the Buddha's teachings, And may we swiftly attain the state of the ultimate ascetic! This, whoever it may be, formerly before the aforementioned Buddhas, and later before the many precious Buddhas, in order to generate joy in the path for those to be tamed, having generated the mind of enlightenment, demonstrating the conduct of residing as the great Bodhisattva of the Sangha of the teachings, and also with the fierce rituals that subdue the opponents, the vows to protect the teachings have not been forgotten, if the astrological calculations are contradictory, and if there are deviations and so forth, then with the clear lamp that has not been seen, as the antidote to wrong discriminations, it is praised through the gate of great certainty in the qualities of the wisdom fierce star. Also, if one asks whether the wise one is faster than the worldly one, that is a lamentable statement; otherwise, one who possesses the unobstructed vision of wisdom and is endowed with the power of the ten strengths, compared to one who has the cause of ignorance and is under the control of karma and afflictions, and whose strength is temporary, if one says that the latter is faster, that is extremely laughable, who else would say that? Therefore, may it pervade all of samsara and nirvana.
