May this torma with five desires repay the karmic debts of the six lineages. Unlock the gate locks of the four obscurations, open the gate of the four immeasurables, and enter through the gate of the four wisdoms.

This spontaneously accomplished mandala, by seeing it, may fortunate ones generate faith and joy, may sins be exhausted, may afflictions and obscurations be purified, may they be born into the lineage of the Great Compassionate One. Om Ah Hum! From the three places of the deceased visualized as deities, radiate light, invite and absorb the wisdom deities. Om Mani Padme Hum! Sarva Jñana Deva Abeshaya Phem Phem! Tishta Vajra! Hum! In order to purify the clinging to the five aggregates, may the empowerment of the five common families be bestowed. Om Hum Sva Ah Ang Ha Abhisincha Hum! Hum! May the five wisdoms and five bodies be perfected, may the empowerment of the youthful vase be obtained! Kaya Abhisincha Hum at the end of the root mantra! Om! The embodiment of all the Buddhas of the three times, may the empowerment of Avalokiteshvara be bestowed. May he benefit beings through skillful means that tame them, may the empowerment of a thousand Buddhas be bestowed. The adornment of outer and inner signs, may the empowerment of the ocean of siddhas be bestowed. In the pure state of channels, winds, and bindus, may the empowerment of pure dakinis be bestowed. May the channels and elements ripen and be liberated as the Nirmanakaya! Om Kaya Abhisincha Hum! Ah! The clouds of coemergent bodhichitta nectar, the excellent lineage of the wheel of letters, by bestowing the empowerment of speech upon the fortunate ones, may the purified winds ripen and be liberated as the Sambhogakaya! Ah Vak Abhisincha Hum! Hum! By bestowing the empowerment of the great void wisdom mother, the meaning of great bliss without separation, may this supreme method be perfected, may the bindu ripen and be liberated as the Dharmakaya! Hum Tsitta Abhisincha Hum! Hrih! In the very essence of the indivisibility of the three truths, the self-aware bodhichitta, having obtained the empowerment of the play of wisdom, may the Svabhavikakaya ripen and be liberated! Sarva Abhisincha Ah! Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih! Hum! With this enjoyment of the six desirable qualities, may hunger, thirst, and poverty be eliminated and treasures be obtained, with the lamp of clear wisdom, may the path of true liberation be illuminated! Hrih! On the southern Potala Mountain, resides the noble Avalokiteshvara, along with the basis of various sufferings, may the body, speech, and mind of the noble one, be inseparably blended and perfected! Phat! Ram! Burning the six afflictions and possessing the six wisdoms, with the fire of the six great mothers of the six wisdoms, the six continuums of suffering and torment, Jvala Ram! From now on, may I gain the confidence of not being deluded.
