無餘攝集。 諸佛壽命自在力， 真實威力悉攝集， 圓熟融入於身故， 自身轉成無量壽。 明覺現證智慧中， 無別多元一味想， 獲得諸佛之空命。 此乃大圓滿之續， 一切精華之總集， 獲得金剛命無疑慮。 薩瑪雅。 嘉嘉嘉。 如是亦從本生大圓滿中攝集，不變遍勝之語勸請具義故，由終末之咒名嘎嘎阿貝書寫故，願諸眾生成就無死本元之智慧。 薩爾瓦 曼嘎拉姆（梵文天城體：सर्वे मङ्गलम्，梵文羅馬擬音：sarve maṅgalam，一切吉祥）。 誒瑪吙！ 三身三根本三殊勝壽命天， 五部如來成就無死勝悉地， 十方諸佛蓮生及毘瑪等， 總集根本上師作祈請。 息除疾病魔障八怖畏及障礙， 平息非時死亡之徵兆， 暫時獲得百歲壽命之福澤， 究竟獲得無死怙主之果位。 嗡 班雜 咕嚕 惹那 薩爾瓦 阿育 嘉納 吽 德（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་རཏྣ་སརྦ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བྷྲཱུཾ་འདུས，梵文天城體：ॐ वज्रगुरु रत्न सर्व आयुर्ज्ञान भ्रुं दुस्，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ vajraguru ratna sarva āyurjñāna bhrūṃ dus，嗡 班雜 咕嚕 惹那 薩爾瓦 壽 智 吽 德）。 薩爾瓦 毗格念 瑪拉雅 帕特（藏文：སརྦ་བིགྣན་མ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城體：सर्व विघ्नन मारय फट्，梵文羅馬擬音：sarva vighnan māraya phaṭ，一切 障礙 摧毀 啪）。 如是持誦息滅一切損害， 獲得壽命自在之持明， 達到六種富裕之頂峰。 以天之名勸請故， 老咒師嘎嘎阿貝所作。 善哉！ 持壽命勾攝金剛手印者。

In the state of discriminating awareness and primordial wisdom, think of the indivisible, multiple flavors as one. Obtain the empty life of all Buddhas. This is the tantra of the Great Perfection, the essence of all that is gathered. There is no doubt about obtaining the Vajra life. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Thus, it is also collected from the spontaneously arising Great Perfection, and because the exhortation of the immutable and victorious speech is meaningful, it is written by the mantra name Gaga Abhyay at the end of time, may all beings attain the wisdom of the innate deathlessness. Sarva Mangalam. Emaho! Three Kayas, Three Roots, Three Supreme Life Deities, Five Buddha Families who have attained the supreme siddhi of deathlessness, All Buddhas of the ten directions, Padmasambhava, Vimala, etc., I pray to the root guru who is the embodiment of all. Pacify diseases, evil spirits, eight fears, obstacles, and interruptions. Pacify all the signs of untimely death, May I temporarily obtain the glory of a hundred years of life, and ultimately attain the state of the immortal protector. Om Vajra Guru Ratna Sarva Ayu Jñana Bhrum Dus. Sarva Bighnan Maraya Phat. By reciting this, all harm is pacified, the vidyadhara who has power over life is attained, and one reaches the peak of the six abundances.
