May you proceed in comfort to your place! Hūṃ! I myself am the deity, etc. After dispelling obstacles with four Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ) etc., recite: Oṃ Vajra Rakṣa Rakṣa! (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ). By this, above, below, and in all directions, with the five types of mudras and wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, and flames blazing outwards surrounding everything, in a firm place where no work can pass through and there is no gap, inside the tent, may the consciousness of the deceased, through the blessings inseparable from the deity and the guru, be without fear, panic, and haste, and be secure with the pervading of great bliss, thinking of listening to the Dharma. After that, Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ), the deceased changes body, etc. Then, the bathing and purification of poison are completed. After that, the Dharma teaching history is: Oh! May all sentient beings equal to space be placed in the state of coemergent primordial protector. For that purpose, I will invite the Buddhas and the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities into the mandala. Thus, generate the mind of enlightenment. In this also, with the intention of life-bathing and the three places, drawing from the places of the six realms, the history of the sequence of empowerment that destroys obscurations or washes away impurities; and the establishment of the Dharma lineage of the four wisdoms of body, speech, and mind vajra, or the state of the four bodies, which is the history of the empowerment of pouring eons; in the history within the first category: In the past, in this world of endurance, a Brahmin named "One with a Conch Rosary," who was of the Bodhisattva lineage, a great accomplished one proficient in the field of knowledge, when he was practicing and residing in a charnel ground on the edge; after the prince of that country had completed his studies; now, there is no one above me except for this Brahmin, so when he was dwelling with the evil thought of suppressing this person; the one with the conch rosary received the prophecy of the Dakini and fled; when he was dwelling doing important practice, at one time, the prince invited the Brahmin as a guest, poured him intoxicating alcohol, and pierced his eyes with a needle; pulled his tongue with an iron hook and cut it with a razor; smeared his body with turtle blood; rubbed, beat, and massaged his body three times with an impure woman; when his hands and feet were cut off with weapons and placed; after the Brahmin recovered from unconsciousness; when he was thinking (examining) whether this was a past karma or a present cause, and arising with such thoughts, when looking from the face of equanimity; it was the prince's jealousy.
