以殊胜深广之方便，充满心续顶礼您。与证悟之义无离合的意，善众总集的珍贵上师，如您一般的大士于世间，稀有出现且定是断证之顶峰。今后忆念功德传记后，于救护与希望处唯一依怙您。于所成办之体性唯一依怙您。于誓言根本唯一依怙您。众道皆是您之实相显现之，以胜妙方便执持唯一依怙您。众果皆是您之果位离垢之，于坚定胜解之状态中唯一依怙您。无知不敬放逸随他转，精进弱缓且贪著世间法，有量誓言违背教令令您不悦，依止上师后不善业深重，心意错乱隐瞒等显现之，金刚持之教敕瑜伽士，以承诺誓言权势所得之，所有密咒戒律调伏中，自他实则渐损毁坏灭，主尊世俗上师垂视之方，以猛烈懊悔而忏悔祈宽恕，此后纵遇命难亦不作，慈怙悲悯之火无余地，当下即刻显现清净赐予我。由无明错觉于彼认知自他，三缘起关联幻化亦不欺惑，法性真谛无别胜义谛，获得稳固定解持咒者二资粮，若已把握对治之方具足慢心，乃是力量到彼岸之真实道，真谛显现即生来世皆安乐之，圆满成就无余尽享用，无边有情众生之引导者，四种姓金刚持愿任运成就。如是每日念诵一遍，若以一百二十一个字念诵，或说念诵一百遍，则与圆满空缺之续部一遍相同。所有誓言违犯及自身之异熟三门烦恼习气及种子，观想为上师心间的火光，以锐利火焰焚烧成无有。之后观想上师化为光融入自身，与自明觉融为一体，安住于等性。

With the profound and vast means, may you fill my mind-stream, I prostrate to you. Whose mind is inseparable from the meaning of realization, Precious Lama, the embodiment of all the Sangha, Such a great being like you is rare in this world, You are definitely the pinnacle of renunciation and realization. From now on, remembering your qualities and biographies, I rely on you alone as my refuge and hope. I rely on you alone as the essence of what is to be accomplished. I rely on you alone as the root of my vows. All paths are the manifestation of your nature, I rely on you alone, holding you as the supreme method. All fruits are the pure state of your attainment, I rely on you alone, with unwavering conviction. Ignorance, disrespect, carelessness, succumbing to others' influence, Weak diligence, attachment to worldly dharmas, Limited vows, violating commands, displeasing your mind, Relying on the Lama, heavy with non-virtuous deeds, Confusion, concealment, and all that manifests, O Vajradhara, yogi of the command, Through vows and commitments obtained by empowerment, From all secret mantras, ethics, and discipline, I have declined, diminished, degenerated, decayed, and transgressed, both directly and indirectly. Primarily towards the illusory Lama's gaze, I confess with intense remorse and beg forgiveness. Hereafter, I will not do them, I will abstain even if my life is at stake. With the fire of compassion of the Loving Protector, without remainder, Grant me purification, manifesting it right now. From the delusion of ignorance, perceiving self and other as such, Even the illusory interdependence of the three conditions is not deceptive, The truth of reality, inseparable ultimate truth, Gaining firm conviction, the mantra holder's two accumulations, If one has grasped the antidote and has prideful self-confidence, That is the true path of the perfection of strength, Manifesting the truth, immediate and future well-being, And enjoying all accomplishments in abundance, Guide of all limitless sentient beings, May the four lineages' Vajradhara spontaneously accomplish. Saying this, reciting it once a day, either one hundred and twenty-one letters, or reciting it one hundred times, is the same as reciting one complete supplementary tantra. All breaches of vows and my ripening karma, the afflictions, habitual tendencies, and seeds from the three doors, I visualize being burned into nothingness by the sharp flames of the fire-rain of light from the Lama's heart. Then, visualizing the Lama dissolving into light and becoming one with my own awareness, I remain in equanimity. Sunlight falls on the marmot.

像那样，对于使誓言破损衰败彻底毁灭，没有比这更甚的，过去现在未来三世的佛陀也不会知晓。如是，在智慧面前，嘎仁（Gā rgan）如疯子般胡言乱语增上。好啊！善哉！吉祥！愿吉祥。如果将此附加于上师瑜伽，则会成为殊胜的。 上师的顶礼祈请，是焚烧破损衰败罪过堕落之火。

Like that, for making the vows broken and decayed utterly destroyed, there is nothing more than this, the Buddhas of the three times will not know. Thus, in the face of wisdom, Gā rgan, like a madman, babbled increasingly. Good! Excellent! Auspicious! May it be auspicious. If this is attached to the Guru Yoga, it will become supreme. The prostration and supplication to the Guru is the fire that burns away broken vows, decay, faults, and downfalls.
