Recite twenty-one times. In pure and peaceful places, in the center of a great mandala, on top of a full vase, and also in a clean bowl, recite over pure flowers, and burning them will stop the rain. When there is a violent hailstorm, on sea buckthorn, fish eyes, and willow branches, recite one hundred and eight times. Facing the direction from which the hail is coming, circling and smearing it on the head will stop it. Alternatively, in great ashes and mustard seeds, recite one hundred and eight times. Make a small bundle and tie it to a willow branch, planting it will stop the hail. For those possessed by spirits, flesh-eating demons, and forgetful demons, in a square mandala of one fathom, place five clean vases, fumigate with gugul incense, and also mix medicines such as mustard seeds, camphor, sandalwood, and musk, and recite one hundred and eight times. Prepare white clothes and food, place them inside that mandala, and wash with the water from the vases. Washing and feeding with the water used to cool the Buddha's image will be very beneficial. One will be liberated from all illnesses and harms. Spirits, forgetful demons, and flesh-eating demons will not find an opportunity. For children frightened by demons, recite mantras over bezoar, write and wear this powerful essence mantra: Oṃ Vajrakrodha Mahābala Hana Daha Paca Vidhvaṃsaya Ja Ṭiloṃ Bho Dhara Ucchuṣma Krodha Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Similarly, on mustard seeds, recite, wrap, and wear them. When possessed by dakini demons, on mustard seeds and gugul, recite these two mantras seven times each, and fumigating with incense will heal. Do not doubt this. Children will be liberated from demons and illnesses. If a woman has difficulty giving birth, recite five or seven times over water, and feeding it will ensure a smooth delivery. For women who are barren and have no children, use the water used to cool the Buddha's image, recite over it twenty times, bathe the clean body, and feeding that water will increase offspring, and the lineage will flourish. When setting out on a path, on the thread and the edge of the clothes, recite seven times and tie seven knots, tying and reciting as you go, you will walk safely, and things will succeed, and you will prevent enemies and harm. If you want to control the mind, then use neem.

A small amount of paint, three hundred and sixty measures of butter, mix them after reciting the mantra, pour into a bottle and stir. Each day, take a piece of Terminalia chebula and one measure of butter, recite the mantra once and eat. This will make the mind obedient and wise. Similarly, with the butter and milk of a yellow cow, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, stir into milk porridge and eat. This will make the mind the best. If you want to be friendly and harmonious with people, for those who are agreeable to your mind, put flowers and plants, or fruits or clay, into the palm of your right hand, recite the mantra one hundred and one times, and give it to whoever's hand, you will always be harmonious with that person. If horses and other livestock are near death, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times into water and mustard seeds, and sprinkle it on them, they will recover. Or, take one hundred and eight mustard seeds, recite the mantra and make a talisman to wear around the neck, you will be free from illness and happy. If people are afraid of death, recite the mantra over mustard seeds, make a talisman and hang it on the door, recite it one hundred, one thousand, one hundred thousand times, the illnesses of people and livestock will disappear and you will be happy. The recitation for all of these is, these are all widely proclaimed everywhere. Svaha!) If you recite it regularly, your wishes will be completely fulfilled, no harm can invade, and you will be able to fully uphold the Dharma. These verses, their power and miraculous abilities are inconceivable. All these rituals, if you have faith in them, and believe without doubt, they will be accomplished, without any doubt. If you recite it one hundred thousand times, all your needs will be fulfilled. This is the compassion of the teacher Shakyamuni, which the monk Nerban Rakshita obtained from the Thogar region, and it arose as the glory of all beings. The ritual of the essence of the Noble Dependent Arising mantra is thus completed.
