丝缕执持。每一根毫毛，都成为众生之主。行持福德，行持善业。不耽搁，必定成办。具有极强的精进力。彻底超越轮回。为圣法王位加冕。如意宝轮行善。以不空绢索牵引痛苦。马头金刚摧伏四魔。忿怒青颈，消除恶毒。从摩羯鱼座的恐惧中解脱。度母随行。忿怒尊依教奉行。具胜者之相，具足正道。具大威力，具足正念。具足功德，具足慈悲。具足智慧，具足光辉。具足戒律，具足意义。通达一切意义。断除一切疑惑。宣说一切佛法。是世间众生的导师。面容姣好如满月。下身以一切珍宝庄严。安住如黄金供柱。光芒胜过千个太阳。梵天等也顶礼膜拜。 如果有人以一百零八名号赞颂圣观世音自在，则能完全清净造作五无间罪的业障。将进入一切坛城。一切密咒也将成就。千劫之中也不会堕入恶趣。不会堕入无间地狱。如果有人早上起来读诵，或者教他人读诵，或者念诵，那么此人的身体就能从麻风、疥疮、肺病、呼吸不畅等一切疾病中解脱。将忆起所有前世。将变得像天子一样。临终之时，也将往生到极乐世界。无论生于何处，安住于何处，都不会与圣观世音自在分离。如果经常念诵，心意将变得调顺。将成为菩萨。声音将变得美妙。将拥有美好的命运。将精通一切论典。 言辞将变得庄重。如果以此赞颂文赞颂，就相当于供养了六十二恒河沙数的佛陀薄伽梵。成熟。

Holding threads. Every single hair becomes the chief of sentient beings. Performing meritorious deeds and virtuous deeds. Without delay, it will surely be accomplished. Possessing extremely strong diligence. Thoroughly transcending samsara. Enthroning the representative of the sacred Dharma. The wish-fulfilling wheel bestows goodness. With the unfailing lasso, he draws out suffering. Hayagriva subdues the four maras. Wrathful Blue-necked One, dispelling malice. Liberating from the fear of the Makara throne. The goddess Tara follows behind. The wrathful one acts according to the command. Possessing the qualities of the Victorious One, endowed with the proper way. Possessing great power and mindfulness. Endowed with qualities and compassion. Endowed with wisdom and splendor. Endowed with discipline and meaning. Knowing all meanings. Cutting off all doubts. Speaking all the Dharmas. The teacher of all the worlds. The beautiful face is like the full moon. The lower body is adorned with all kinds of jewels. Abiding like a golden offering pillar. The rays of light surpass a thousand suns. Brahma and others also prostrate. If one praises the noble Avalokiteśvara with one hundred and eight names, then the karmic obscurations of having committed the five inexpiable sins will be completely purified. One will enter all mandalas. All mantras will also be accomplished. For a thousand kalpas, one will not be reborn in the lower realms. One will not go to Avici hell. If someone gets up in the morning and reads, or teaches others to read, or recites, then that person's body will be liberated from all diseases such as leprosy, scabies, lung disease, difficulty in breathing, and so on. One will remember all past lives. One will become like a son of the gods. At the time of death, one will also be born in the blissful realm of Sukhāvatī. Wherever one is born, wherever one abides, one will not be separated from the noble Avalokiteśvara. If one constantly recites, the mind will become subdued. One will become a bodhisattva. The voice will become melodious. One will have good fortune. One will become proficient in all scriptures. The words will become dignified. If one praises with this hymn, it is equivalent to making offerings to sixty-two Ganges sands worth of Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Ripening.
