"O son of the Victorious Ones! Whoever hears this dharani mantra will possess the merit of having planted roots of virtue in the presence of Tathagatas as numerous as the grains of sand in ten Ganges rivers. Whoever has it resound in their ears will also be freed from obscurations. By fasting and observing the Uposatha on the eighth or fifteenth day of the waxing moon near a stupa containing relics, and making offerings with incense, fumigation, lamps, flowers, garlands, and unguents, and circumambulating and reciting, one will obtain whatever noble desires, and be liberated from all sins, suffering, and fears." By offering incense and so forth to the Bodhisattva Eliminating All Obscurations and reciting, he will appear in dreams, fulfilling all thoughts, and eliminating all afflictions and suffering. Then, Vajra Flower Skull Great Powerful One, the Lord of the Three Realms, together with his retinue, arose from his seat within that great mandala of the circle, bowed to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Eliminating All Obscurations, and praised him with the one hundred and eight names: Great Lord of all sentient beings, Great guide of the Bodhisattva's conduct, Transcended all stains of affliction, I prostrate to you in the Dharmadhatu. Definitely liberated from all obscurations, Cleansing all stains of affliction, Completely freed from all faults, I prostrate to you, flawless one. A single path.
